Your puter has something:( It only dose what you tell it to do so if you did not tell it to put popups when you hit certain keys or sights then you downloaded something by accident and its telling your browser to put them there. If I ever meet some jerk that says he wrights mal spy ware. Im going to punch him right in the eye with out any warning!

But I'm super crazy about having everything malware-preventable up-to-date and this happened. I've had a truly horrible day, guys. Had an awesome run of good luck since April of this year, and now the pendulum is swinging back the other way. This is just the icing on the cake. However, I haven't seen the pop up for a few minutes... *fingers crossed*

A good rule of thumb is if you did not ask it to be there dont hit the X use ctr, alt,Delete at the same time open the task mangier and close it that way. Sometimes clicking the x is a trick and your saying install me all over your files so it will take you days and days to delete me from your puter.

EDIT: and pay for your porn so you don't get viruses. Its the opposite of the real world;-)

Nastiest virus I ever got on my computer was from facebook and one of the game links. By nasty I mean I couldn't even tell the computer to format the hard drive (wipe all data and restore to factory settings) every time I tried that it would give me a failure. I was able to start scanning with spybot and after I found one trojan and removed it locked the computer to the point of not rebooting. Every time it would try to start it would fail before it even got to windows. Even tried safe mode to no avail. I took it to a computer restoration expert. He tried to download the hard drive to wipe it clean and restore using an external system, nope. Ended up trashing it as it wasn't worth replacing the hard drive and buying the programs all over. It was a few years old at that point. I don't do anything on Facebook other than look at my newsfeed now.

Ctrl Alt Del is sooo 2012. Ctrl Shift Esc is where it's at ;)

Easy fix..
Step 1
Download google chrome
Step 2
Make it your standard browser
Step 3
Download the add remover app and hope it fixes it

Or even more funny... Turn your firewall off next time youve given your computer a clean install, it'll make 99,9% of viruses go to an eternal loop for reasons i do not wish to try and explain

Being a mod on a very large Forum for 8 yrs part of my responsibilities is finding and deleting posts with spy/ malware, viruses, etc. Have used all the progs mentioned and the best and most thorough is SuperAntiSpyware IMO. You'll find it recommended by many techie sites that offer free virus removal advice. A free and pay version.
