When I started vaping (about three months ago) my whole idea was to stop smoking, and I've never really been interested in whether I stopped using nic or not. But I've cut way back without that being a goal, it's just how it happened. I started at 18 nic, but within a few weeks I was finding it just too strong (headaches, queasyness, and all that) so I've been vaping 11 nic for a couple months. But I just got a new juice order today so I've been vaping like hell for hours and I'm realizing that I need to lay in a little supply of 6 mg for times when I'm vaping heavy. Ironically, once I stopped smoking to get nicotine, I found that the nicotine actually effects me more powerfully!
I'm not particularly interested in getting to zero nic, but I'll reduce it as necessary to be able to keep vaping and feeling good.

They are ,I like the effect of inhaling something that isn't air, I like the flavours,I like the hand to mouth and holding the PV,I like the mouth/throat hit,there could be more I haven't thought of. The only reason I use nicotine is for the throat hit, I use 0mg sometimes but the effect is getting near to flavored air.
