I stopped smoking and started vaping a week and a half ago, and ever since then i started feeling lightheaded and yawns excessively when vaping. I'm not entirely blaming it on "vaping" but worrying whether vaping isn't for me or i just used a bad batch of juice? By the way I'm using an ego 1100mah battery and CE5 clearomizer with a mixed of two juices in a 10ml bottle, 5ml 0mg menthol and 5ml 6mg chocolate mint.

How much did you smoke before switching? Sounds like a fairly normal reaction if you're not getting enough nicotine, as it is a stimulant, and after a while your body gets used to having it, same as those that drink coffee throughout the day.

Also, slightly off-topic, but where'd you get your chocolate mint flavor from? Wanting to try a good one for a while but can't decide where to buy my first batch from.

Lightheadedness and yawning are both caused by lack of oxygen are you possibly chain vaping too much?

A yawn is an involuntary deep breath for air. Commonly assosiated with being tired because our breathing slows down when we are tired. It doesnt actually mean your tired XD

Quitting smoking can cause tons of unexpected symptoms. I attributed all kinds of nasty health issues to vaping when I first tried it, came back awhile later and those symptoms never returned.

drink more fluids. At 0-6mg, it's likely you are vaping a lot. Both of those symptoms have many causes, fatigue and dehydration come to mind. Paired together, they'll hit you hard. Anyhow, good luck, and see a doctor if any of your symptoms continue or get worse! If you don't have your health, you haven't got much!

Thanks for the fast replies. Before, i smoked 5-7 sticks a day, and on occasions especially when I'm out drinking with friends at least a pack. Well how many puffs per minute are considered chain vaping? usually i puff 2-4 times in a minute. For the moment I'll just observe how it goes, if after a month of vaping and still feeling lightheaded and yawn excessively then i'll go see a doctor. Thanks for the advices.

About the Chocolate mint juice question. I'm from the Philippines and i bought it in an e-cigarette booth inside a local mall. If you're also from the Philippines i could tell you where i bought it in more detail.
