I found that vaping left me a bit dehydrated, so I have to drink a couple more glasses of water a day. If I use too hot of a vape, it leaves my tongue and the back of my throat raw, so I stick to lower power setups - I don't want any throat hit. That's all the bad side effects I can come up with after nearly three years of vaping.

Some other side effects were being able to sleep without background sounds to drown out the wheezing, drastically improved oxygen absorption within three months, which shocked my doctor, and increased stamina. Even though I have spent much more than necessary because I like to try a variety of devices, I have also saved over $4000!

I think the minor negative side effects are well worth the benefits, and am thankful vaping has helped me so much.

Been vaping for almost 2 months.

When I first started I had the usual dry throat, which went away - probably more analog cessation than vaping.

Then I started vaping like crazy as I got into it. Then had headaches, which turned out to be dehydration. More water cured that.

The only other bad thing was some acne at my hair line. Still dealing with that, but nothing that concerns me much.

The benefits are many, as others have already pointed out so well. Best for me is how much better things taste now. Damn.

The only side effect i have had, is realllllly weird dreams. Seriously the weirdest dreams i have had my entire life.

I "believe" you need to lower your nic levels at night. I read this somewhere that it is good practice to have higher for daytime and lower for night but you would have to either search this or someone here would have to confirm it.

For me, I have personally developed a bad case of carpal tunnel..........ooooh! look at that (click, click).......oooooh! look at that (click, click)

For years, when I bought cigarettes I chucked the change into my cup holder in the car. I used the change to buy my morning coffee at the Tim Horton's drive through. Now I have to reach into my back pocket and pull out my wallet!! Seriously inconvenient. I might have to go back to smoking. It's also tough on my wife on Saturdays when she goes to garage sales.

But I swear I have it all under control.

Yes, I started having mouth sensitivity initially and I really didn't think much about it. Then, about 3 months into vaping, I broke out with hives. I didn't attribute it to vaping until my symptoms continued to get worse. After some individual research and a doctor visit, I determined it was likely the pg. I started using pg free juice and I haven't had any more issues.

Every time you walk to the mailbox and get vapemail, stop by the vehicle and toss all the change in your pocket into the cup holder.

Problem solved. You'll never, ever need to reach for that wallet again. :2cool:

I had a really sick felling one day when I switched from Ego-C upgrade with a protank2. Switched to a MPV with Iclear30. Was sick from likely over nicotining myself or all the smoke filling my head and coming out my ears as well. Got used to the new system now and my EGo-C's just don't cut it anymore.

Yes I have had one side effect. I ran out of Gorilla Juice once and was depressed for a week. :D

Me, too, except it was Boba's Bounty . Actually, a real (albeit, extremely minor) side effect is I discovered I am sensitive to PG. Any juice with a PG ratio of more than 20% must be vaped as a "treat." All day vaping of PG heavy liquids gives me cold sore looking blisters on my lips, gums, and in my nose. Yuck! But some juices are worth a little bitty vape once in a while.

But my sensitivity to PG wasn't surprising to me. MANY processed foods contain it, so an allergy is "rare" in the general public. I never eat (or even like) much processed stuff. Now I know what the ingredient in such foods that is my allergy trigger.
