Sounds like a possible allergy?

I've had a stuffy/runny nose for several months, which I have a hunch is due to dogs in my house.

-- Glenn

i guess the only bad effect i have had (and have vaped on and off for years) is always a stuffy nose. can't figure that one out. but sense of smell is i suppose good/bad since when it first came back i realized how bad my house smelled with 2 dogs and smoking cigs inside! I live in the desert so every day i got off work all the windows in the house got opened and i went through about a case of fabreze!!!

It has finally gone away and can actually enjoy the sensi's my wife uses throughout the house. quite pleasant.

Yep, here's a list of side effects
Pee'd off relative(s) and loved ones (if they don't share the interest) as this is all you'll talk about, think about, etc.
Being poor after spending all your money on shiny new gadgets
Depression from running out of your favourite e-liquid
Increased data usage can result in high phone bills
Confusion/Headaches/irritation when first reading up on ohm laws, using mech mods safely, figuring out vv/vw, choosing between two devices you really want, etc...

But good ones for me include my sense of smell returning, more energetic, noticeably better mood, and stamina increase when i'm going for a run.

All jokes aside the only thing weird feeling I've had is a heavy feeling in my chest for a moment after the exhale when chain-vaping 100% VG, i think because the clouds are very thick...

I just started doing sub ohm on my trident dripper at 0.5 ohms.

I realise that I am getting uclers more often.

Is it due to the hot vape or I havent been drinking enough water?

Does anyone has similiar issues?

Yeah I do if I continuously vape at 0.50 ohms. Burns ya tongue a bit doesn't it? ;)
I run two mechanicals at all times. One with above 1.0 ohms and one around 0.80 ohms. Ikr? The hotter the better, but give your tongue a break some at least. :p

In all seriousness though there are a few side effects.

Anytime you inhale anything other than clean air there can be issues. This also includes smog and many things other than vaping, but vaping is inhaling something not typical for your body to breathe. If you have COPD, Emphysema, or Asthma you can have serous issues. My wife cannot inhale many of the flavor blends without having to use her inhaler or nebulizer.

Some flavors have the potential to ulcerate lungs over excessive use. Keep it in moderation.

There are people who can have a sensitivity to Polypropylene Glycol. Sometimes they can have an outright allergy to it. This is not very common but it can happen and you have to buy pure VG Ejuice. Keep in mind that the flavors used even in pure VG blends could have PG in them. Generally not enough to react with a person though. But everyone is different.

The next is not a side effect of vaping as much as it is nicotine that is in ejuice. Nicotine has been known to constrict blood vessels and can cause vascular damage and even the loss of limbs in extreme cases. Keep in mind that despite many people say smoking relaxes them, Nicotine is a stimulant like caffeine.. So use can cause sleeplessness, anxiety, agitation, and these can be amplified when someone is undergoing withdrawals.

This also increases blood pressure so if you have heart conditions, diabetes, or prone to strokes, Using nicotine would be a bad idea overall... In some cases people have became ill form Nicotine overdose because their vapes taste so dang good!

Ejuices that contain diacetyls can cause serious lung issues. Always know whats in your juice!!!!!

Vaping Pure VG at 0mg Nic, so far has not been proven to cause any issues.

The moral of this is that Vaping smart you shouldn't see anything bad happen. Know your health and know when your body is trying to tell you. If you do that you will be just fine!

The only bad side effect is the amount of time I spend on line reading and watching stuff on eliquids, mods, coils, tanks etc. Other than that its been great....Reduced blood pressure, more energy, I can taste and smell again and I don't stink. Sounds like a great trade off. Vaping some MBV black licorice on a MVP 2 using a 1.8 ohm ARO glass EVOD on steroids look a like with rebuilt coil and cotton wicks. Life is good!

I have asthma, had had it for 30 yrs, and after 3 1/2 wks of vaping, the only side effect I have is the near-total absence of lung mucus -- now it's in my throat, which is probably from the vapor. And yes I do sometimes have to use my inhaler, but then, that's always going to be necessary when you have bronchial asthma. I do use it a lot less frequently, and I don't wake up drowning in my own mucus and grabbing for the inhaler before I'm even out of bed.

As far as I know, it's not polypropylene glycol, it's just propylene glycol. And the main thing is that it can dry you out, though I suppose some may have allergies to it. Pure VG is far too heavy for these asthmatic lungs, and makes me feel like I have a hairball in my chest I can't get rid of it.

It relaxes you for the same reason that stimulants calm children with ADHD -- it coordinates neurotransmitters and makes your brain work more effectively. But it can indeed constrict blood vessels, which is why withdrawal causes headaches; when the blood vessels dilate and become engorged, that's much the way migraine headaches work. However too much nicotine can indeed cause overdose, all those stimulant-related effects, but worst of all, nausea/vomiting.

Yes you should know what's going into your body in any context, but I think the diacetyl thing is old news that has been beaten to death.

It makes me cough continuously, feeling I have a hairball in my chest, because it is just too heavy for asthmatic lungs. PG is lighter and anyone with asthma should be well accustomed to it, as it's in inhalers and the liquid used in nebulizers.

Ty for this valuable information, and providing the various links which proof what you are saying about flavors, I'm sure glad they have been tested in an accredited facility by professionals etc etc etc.

These posts serve to make Vapers everywhere stronger, knowledge is Power.

Now to go cook some burgers on the ole BBQ, while Vapeing.
