cool, keep us updated... my only concern is the length of the extended ones, however if the whole mod is SS then it looks like the extension can just be left off from the reviews i have seen.

I got one of each, normal and extended, so it'll be interesting to see how they turn out.

I got the SS extended Dream today. Made an S-wick with a single piece of 3mm silica and wrapped the ends around the bottom of the atty base above the threads. Didn't put anything down the channels. Then I filled from the top (covering the air hole and 510 hole) up to the bottom of the top threads on the top section, put a tank filler tool into the driptip hole, screwed the cap on one turn and turned it upside down until the liquid emptied away from the channel holes, and then screwed the cap fully on. Gave it a few primer puffs and vaped away. It took a while to really break in but now it's vaping like a, well, dream :) No flooding, no dry hits, just a really good vape.

no science to this... but for the last day i have been using a new method when i get a dry hit. We have found out to keep the wicking going there is a certain amount of vacuum that is needed, too little = dry hits, too much = flooding. when i have been getting dry hits after a refill i have used a little trick i learned from juice boxes, if you do the same with them the additional pressure will cause the juice to shoot out the straw :)
so this is what you do: cover the air hole in the base and blow into the drip tip(you should see a big air bubble go in at the juice slots) . this will increase pressure in the tank by pushing in more air, therefore aiding in pushing the juice out. i have found this to work and it hasn't flooded on me yet. less mess than the unscrew partially method and i didnt have much luck with just sucking with a finger over the airhole.
good luck :)

my homemade peanut cluster creme is amazing in this!

has anyone given any feedback on the tank cracking with citrus juices yet?

really wanna try my Tahiti tonic in my new one on the way!

The vivi nova tanks will crack and I think it's assumed these are the same. I think the only solution at the moment is a metal vivi nova tank as mentioned above. Not really a good solution for me because I'm using cotton and I need to keep an eye on my juice level to prevent singeing.

I've recoiled one of my 804s with a 1.4 ohm coil, using 32 kanthal. I also went to a smaller diameter coil, ~ 1/16 inch instead of 1/8 inch. I'm using it on my bolt at the moment and I'm really liking this. I was using 2.7 to 2.9 ohms and that was working great, but only on my yj. I'm not sure why it took me so long to try this, but now I'm going to try it in all my devices.

Also, as much as I like my yj, I don't think I'll be buying anything other than a mech from now on. The drop off in voltage just doesn't seem that noticeable to me, and I'm really lovin this 804 on my lowly bolt (18500). The only thing being, I can suck a mil of juice through this thing is a couple of hours easy lol.

Edit: When will I learn to test things more before posting lol. This isn't working at all on some on my mixes. I'm going up a notch (~1.7 ohm) and see if that works better.

Any of y'all own terminators? I am torn between the two...

Twisting nr/r wire together aside, the terminator is a lot easier to use and more forgiving. Juice flow control and all

And yes, I have both

welding NR and R wire together is one step to far for me when it comes to RBA's. And that is what the oddy clone has aka the terminator. I even got all the tools to make a genny....but I've never been able to beat that top red coil, if i make them all light up whitin an hour I get the red coil at the top again.

Welding is not so much necessary. Oddly though, the pre-made coils with a dream tank are nr/r/nr

TBH, the legs on the Dream setup are so short I can't see any point in messing about with nr/r/nr coils...

Right, it just isn't worth it. Something I do though is wrap my coil so that it sets to the right of the pin when you look at it straight on. then when you curl the wick back around, it's against the coil and pin. It's a small thing and doesn't make much difference, but it's just as easy to do it that way as the other.

the mailman tried to deliver my v2 dream today. he knocked on the door but i was "in disposed". china-sell needs you to sign for your package?!? why? i hate it when vendors make you sign for your package!

Bummer. I seen in another thread that if you write the tracking number on a piece of paper, sign your name and leave it that they'll leave the package. That may not be policy though and may not work everywhere. Might be worth a try though.

Anyone having a problem with the coil somehow shorting out when you put the pins in? On one of mine, the holes are a bit big for the pins, but with both of them, the last time i tried to set them up, they both would short out when i put the pin in. i could take it out and push it down with a needle and the coil would light up, but as soon as i put the pin in, I get the E1 error on the Provari. Ideas?
