One on One is really good with the customer service and they seem to reply to emails extremely quick. I already received a reply from Mike, and sent him a photo of what my sweet tart flavor looks like. hopefully I will get the correct flavor because I LOVE sweet tarts, probably my favorite candy.

Mike should be taking care of you from the last e-mail I received :). Let me know when all is set and how you like the flavor!

I just placed an order - ALMOST. I ordered 5 bottles of flavor concentrate and when I got to the final checkout the charge was $10.92 for shipping. Umm, no. $10.92 is ridiculous. I can order 500ml of nicotine liquid and 20 glass dropper bottles from N. Carolina and only pay $6 for shipping. It's not even about the money but the principle. I had high hopes for the Fruit Loops but won't be placing a trial order.

ok so I got my replacement sweet tarts today, and it looks identical to the one I received last week, and smells exactly the same. the color is a brownish yellow and does not look like the neon color that tactical described. can anyone else chime in and describe how yours looks and smells? Is it a brownish yellow? Does it smell like sweet tart candy?

thanks

THIS is the update on Sweet Tarts I had been waiting for. Good thing I won't be ordering it.

I sent a photo to one on one flavors and they confirmed that it was not the color that it should be. Mike told me that he would make sure that I get the right flavor and send it out tomorrow. I still have the other flavors that I bought from them and they are all pretty good.

When I get the correct flavor of sweet tart I will definitely give my impressions. so far I am very impressed with the customer service.

Mike should have gotten in touch with you and corrected this as per his e-mail to me on the issue. Hopefully that helps and you'll be able to enjoy the flavors they offer as others have in this thread :).

THIS is the update on Sweet Tarts I had been waiting for. Good thing I won't be ordering it.

The issue is not with the flavor, rather, the incorrect flavor was pulled from what Mike researched. Looks like Sweet Cream instead of Sweet tarts was pulled and bottled. It's a simple mistake to make, though they are correctly it :).

The issue was with the bottles and weights. They were not calculating properly. I believe Mike has this fixed, so hopefully HighPlains can get his order through without any issues.

That said, if you all have any issues ordering, I suggest getting in touch with them directly. I'm always more than happy to help as much as I can, but I have to relay information here to Mike and then they have to get in touch with you (for privacy reasons). If you think shipping or something is not right, give them a call. They will make sure you are taken care of, I promise.

hey folks. I did my huge mixing spree today. About 30 flavors I didn't get all of them I think I have about 40. I just bought A new labeler so i am starting to use up all my old labels. I did find something significantly difficult when mixing oooo flavors. Where on earth did they find those bottles. I'm working lady who doesn't have large nails. I was finding it rather difficult to pull offThe Dropper cap from the bottles. I measure all my flavoring with syringes. In order 2get an accurate measurement I have to use a syringe therefore I have to get that little cap off. It was so difficult I was even using a paring knife to loosen some of the caps even that wasn't working. I'm not sure if I was just being a wuss or notso like I was doing battle with some of these flavors to try and get these caps off. I don't know if any of you feel the same way but holy moly some of them were hard to get off. Overall I love their flavorings and my husband loves them too. I just wish it was easier on my nails to get these caps off. my husband already stole the Apple Jacks and the Snickers from the steeping shelf I hope he puts them back so we at least get a one-week step on them. I'm trying to hide the rainbow sherbert and the sweet tarts so they get a good one week Step. The flavor smells so good out of all the ones I mixed today. I'm really looking forward to next week. But I know it's going to take a little while for him to try them all.

I look forward to hearing more from you. What I do with the bottles is take the cap loose so it is just sitting on the botte, then just tilt the cap sideways until the dropper insert pops off, I do the same with most stubborn ones, works pretty well, just leave it inside the cap, put it back on the bottle, scew the cap tight, and it pops right back in place.

Salted Caramel is pretty good :). It's like Creamy Caramel with a slightly enhanced flavor due to the "salted" aspect of it. I like it enough to keep a stock of it + creamy caramel.

Butter Toffee smells really good, but I've not mixed it just yet. Cream Soda is one I'm on the fence about. It doesn't come off with as much vanilla as I'd expect, otherwise I'd say it's perfect. French Vanilla and Vanilla Frosting are very close to each other in terms of flavor, so if you've tried one, the other isn't too far apart. Only slight differences to me.

The Vanilla Custard is more along the lines of what Flavor West has. It's not buttery or rich, but it's pretty good on it's own. I can't say it'd make for a good pudding flavor, even if blended, but it is pretty good if you're out of CAP or would just like something a little different.

Awesome thanks for response

No problem, I'll be doing Butter Toffee tonight. I'll be starting at 10% and moving from there, though it seems most of mine, due to my own personal need for stronger flavors, end up in the 10-12% range. This applies to about 90% of their flavors thus far.

We agree! They're virtually impossible to removed (my nails are short, but very strong).

Typically we don't remove the caps, we insert an 18 gauge needle through the whole in the top. But an 18 gauge won't fit through the tiny tops :( However, a 20 gauge need will fit through the whole in the top. But that's only short term solution...because the tips are so long, you don't have to take much out of the bottle before even a 1 1/2" needle can't reach the liquid. And then you have to hold the bottle 'frustratingly sideways' and position the needle 'just right' to draw up the fluid...or of course, take off the tip...which is nigh on to impossible.

Btw, here's a link (WZL) to the 20 gauge needles 20ga Blunt Tip Luer-Lock Needle 1.5" - Quantity Discounts

'Here's hoping this info will make it back to OoO and they'll rethink the current bottles. I'm going to have to be emailing them asap, because we got a bottle of something labeled as Sweet Tart (that's caramel/buttery/bakery smelling - and tastes nothing like Sweet Tarts) :::sigh:::

The Sweet Cream & Sweet Tart issue is a known issue according to Mike. If you'll reach out to them (via e-mail, or call in), they'll make sure you get the right flavors we2rcool. They're working to correct this and make sure it doesn't continue to happen, though in the mean time, if anyone else is having the same issue, please get in touch with them and they'll make it right!
