The Sweet Cream & Sweet Tart issue is a known issue according to Mike. If you'll reach out to them (via e-mail, or call in), they'll make sure you get the right flavors we2rcool. They're working to correct this and make sure it doesn't continue to happen, though in the mean time, if anyone else is having the same issue, please get in touch with them and they'll make it right!

Thanks for letting me know! We saw this had happened before, and placed our order only AFTER the issue was recognized by the vendor - and resolved for someone else. Yet we still received a mislabeled bottle of 'who knows what'? GRRRRRRRRRRR.

What you have should be sweet cream. It has a buttery, milky, almost cheesy note to it. It's actually not bad in small amounts, but it can really overpower a mix if you go too high (low as in really no more than 5%).

I sent a link to your post over to Mike. They do have a presence here on ECF, so he should be getting in touch with you.

We agree! They're virtually impossible to removed (my nails are short, but very strong).

Typically we don't remove the caps, we insert an 18 gauge needle through the whole in the top. But an 18 gauge won't fit through the tiny tops :( However, a 20 gauge need will fit through the whole in the top. But that's only short term solution...because the tips are so long, you don't have to take much out of the bottle before even a 1 1/2" needle can't reach the liquid. And then you have to hold the bottle 'frustratingly sideways' and position the needle 'just right' to draw up the fluid...or of course, take off the tip...which is nigh on to impossible.

Btw, here's a link (WZL) to the 20 gauge needles 20ga Blunt Tip Luer-Lock Needle 1.5" - Quantity Discounts

'Here's hoping this info will make it back to OoO and they'll rethink the current bottles. I'm going to have to be emailing them asap, because we got a bottle of something labeled as Sweet Tart (that's caramel/buttery/bakery smelling - and tastes nothing like Sweet Tarts) :::sigh:::

I had that happen to me as well, but I contacted them via email, and Mike sent out a replacement right away and he even checked himself to make sure it was the correct flavoring.

I got my flavours today....can't wait to mix them up. I have a couple of the cinnamon ones, cookies and cream, gummie bears, juicy fruit and apple jacks. I am wondering what percentage you guys think is best for starting out? I was thinking 5%, but I'm not sure. I am used to mixing with super concentrates, which only needs about 1-2% flavouring, so I am unsure of where to start. Thanks for any help you can give me

Start off with 5-8% and work your way up.

In most cases, I never exceed 15% of a single flavor. There are a few, but these are being worked on their end based on suggestions I've submitted so we can keep things in the same general area so there's not too much flopping around with percentages.

Anyone tried the soft cinnamon ? I was hoping finally make a churro flavour that actually works , since the FW churro is completely horrible and taste nothing like a churro no matter what I use to fix it ..

Soft Cinnamon is a light cinnamon, it's not bad at all, IMO. Start with 5-8% as mentioned above and work it from there. I think it's honestly a better mixer than a standalone flavor, but I've had no issues with it thus far. They do have a Churro flavor as well, so you may want to check their flavor listing on that one as well.

Got my first actual order in last night.

Crunch Berries
Red Starburst
Pink Starburst

Crunch Berries smells something like an RY4. Mixed it at 10% and that guy is steeping. Didn't taste all that close right away. Any recommended steep times/8-minute cycles in a UC?

Made the Pink Starburst at 10% but it was pretty weak right off the bat. Made a new batch at 15% and it was nice, but still a bit weak, so letting that one sit for a bit.

Now, Red Starburst. Oh boy. This stuff is amazing right away. Mixed at 15% with:
1% Smooth
1% Menthol
1% Koolada
It tastes great. Think I'm going to add some TFA Sour to my next batch to give it that tangy zing.
It's a bit floral right now, but far more than just vapeable. Can't wait to see what this turns into.

All in all, a great, small first order from OOO. :D

That soft cinnamon sounds like it would go good with blueberry, for a light blueberry crumble-esque flavor.

May have to give that a shot and see what I can come up with. Even the Churro would add something as it comes off as having an AP-like additive to it (to give it that nutty, bready like flavor).

Off to see what I can find. A blueberry crumble would be really nice since I've not had a decent blueberry vape mix in a while now.

Man, I love some blueberry vapes. It's pretty much my go-to if I'm not vaping Boba's. I alternate between BB and just a straight mix of blueberry extra from TFA.

I haven't had some of my more complex blends in weeks. I dunno if it's because I'm too lazy to mix it, or if I'm just really not in the mood for the flavor at the time. I feel like I go on DIY spurts, where I'll adventurously try out a bunch of flavors, and usually only come out keeping one or two of them, and selling/trading the rest in the classys, then I go back to my usual blends, :)

has anyone tried sweet tarts juice from bettervapes? I made some juice with the sweet tart flavoring, and it is good, but there is something in the bettervapes sweettarts that taste really really good. im not sure what it is though. any suggestions? I like the sweettarts flavoring from OoO, but I think i am missing an ingredient.

Probably the tart/sour aspect of it. Their sweet tarts is more so sweet than actually tart and sour like the candy. I've never tried BV's, but that would be my guess. There are additives you can use to get that missing element, but I can't recall which one, other than the one from LorAnn works well. I've not personally used it.

is the one from LorAnn the "sweet & tart" additive?

I've heard some using it, but many say it doesn't do much of anything, even with higher usage. It's definitely worth a shot, but I'll have to see if I can find the post that covered this here on ECF. I can't recall which member was posting about it off-hand, unfortunately.

after more testing, I think I am missing the "candy powder" element. I'll try to explain it the best I can. The diy I made taste sweet and sour, but the sweettarts that I bought from bettervapes, has like a powder taste. Like if you were to crush up a bunch of sweettart candies, or crush up the smarties candy into a powder.

Mixed up my flavours tonight (damn job got in the way of my hobby...no time until now). I did them all at 8%, I've been vaping the pink starburst ever since! It's not quite as strong as I'd like it, I'm going to have to mix a bigger batch to see how it is after steeping for a while. I think I'm going to go thru the 6ml I mixed tonight pretty quick. Going to try the rest tomorrow, hopefully they are as good as this one.

even though the mix you made isn't as strong as you like, how does it taste? pretty good? that's a flavor that I have been thinking about trying out.

It's really good. Went thru almost 4ml already. I'm going to make a 30ml bottle tonight at 10%.

Gummie bears is awesome too! I taste more of the red ones (which are my fav).

Apple jacks is pretty good, I think it needs to steep a bit longer.

Just wanted to give an update, I increased the percentage to 10 on the pink starburst, gave it an hour in the UC and it's perfect IMHO. It now has that candy flavour that was lacking before.

I'm trying to decide what other flavours to order now, I am really likening these.
