Anyone here concerned about the NY bill to ban e-liquids sales?

Here's the bill: S6939-2013 - NY Senate Open Legislation - Prohibits the sale or provision of any quantity of electronic liquid - New York State Senate

Says it's been "Referred to Health"... Any concerns?

Its certainly not that noone is concerned. Don has been following the situation and doing what he can. Thus far they have been invitation only comments.

i am concerned, but i also read there are 3 diffrent bills. 1 is to ban sale of all eliquids in ny. 2 is to add a 75% tax and 3 is to ad a 95% tax. In my opinion they will not ban the sale they are just looking for a way to generate more money at our expense.

So they'll act like they are doing us a great favor by not banning liquid sales, and just almost double the price. I got sick of the over taxation of real cigs, which is probably the biggest reason I switched to ecigs, now they want to screw the ecig users over by pretending they're somehow equally as bad. They're ticking me off.
