Anyone use the Ego with Cartomizers?

Looking for a little advice from anyone who might use this set-up. I have the Ego,and a 501-KR808 adapter on the way. My hope is to use blank cartomizers. I have old style,and premium V4L blanks. Also have the Turbos from Vapornine. Wondering what blanks should work best,tips you may have to offer,or problems you've run into. Any input is much appreciated!

I use cartomizers with the ego frequently. I prefer the Turbo carts from Vapor Nine or V4L premiums. Some of the carts are snug with the cone on them so I usually use it without. I keep one in my pocket at work with out the cone and I can just give it a couple of turns to keep it from going off in my pocket. Overall they work great.

Thanks for the reply! I saw a video that Belle posted on her blog. She mentioned the cone restricted air flow as well,and removing the cart label helped somewhat. I wonder if someone has found a better solution involving a Dremel drill?

Someone, I forget who, said they took a 3/8 drill bit, clamped it in a vise, and bored out the end of the cone to better accommodate the cartomizer.

I'm using the 510 cartos on my eGo and am love love loving it!!! The cone doesn't constrict anything in my opinion but everyone is different of course.

actually I got mine very quickly from DietSmokes.

the CC was not working on the site at the time so I had to send a M.O.
I sent it on a Saturday and had my eGo in hand in 5 Days.

Try the 510 cartos on the eGo....they work perfect with no messing up the cone.....AND they hold more juice than the 808's....eGo+510 cartos = perfection

Sorry. just noticed that too.. I ordered prefilled from them before they had the blanks. Just washed oout the juice in them and are as good as new. Some one else sells them. Maybe someone will chime in..
