Nice review paddymx..and Fiamma
I agree with everything said. For an aluminum MOD, I feel the build, fit and finish is pretty nice. If you have ever taken the head off a eGo 18650 MOD, and felt the "crunchyness" of those threads, you will appreciate these threads.
Having the output only in RMS is indeed a good thing, as my Vamo has been set to AVG, and burned up my throat and lungs by accident.
All VW devices I know, are set in .5 watt increments...nothing new there..
I'll re-post my findings from another thread:
You know to be truthful, they all have their pluses and minuses. If I look at everything in perspective, the CVI ranks next to the top.
This is because: (and not in this order)
1. Lightweight
2. ergonomics
3. build quality
4. performance (4 amp and VV/VW )
5. configuration diversity (18650 and 18350 batts options.)
6. ease of menu operation
7. Price
8. adaptability (Kanger T3 native)
Once again, in case anybody missed it, I have used the eGo 18650 MOD batt tubes with the CVI, and it fires fine. The eVic batt tubes work on the CVI, so forth and so on. The only thing you can't do is put the CVI top cap (which is male threaded) onto the eVic control head (because it too, is male threaded)
For one product to be made by Anyvape, and eGo to be made by Joyetech, this is a fantastic supprise indeed
I stand by my opinion that this is the BEST BANG FOR BUCK on the market right now
