The Anyvape- because with Gotvapes shipping you could probably be vaping on it by this time yesterday :p

In all seriousness all lot of people, myself included, really like the appearance of the Anyvape. Personally, I find the length of the SVD offputting. It's potential advantages are the telescoping features and three button controls, but that is personal preference. If I'm not mistaken both perform similarly.

I received my AV CVI - V1 yesterday and overall it's doing well. The 18650 tube works, but the 18350 tube will not contact without a magnet to extend the contact a bit. Near as I can tell, the spring may be a bit short or the tube a bit long. I've used both the nippled and nippleless bats. It's a simple compression fitting so it pops out if you don't secure the spring's base - goes back in easily though.

I don't really have time to play with it now, but will hopefully get some time this week to try stretching it a bit. Anyone else run into this? It could very well be that I was just the ‘lucky one.’

Performance on the AV CVI is great, but I must admit, I keep wanting to go back to the eVic because of the display. It’s certainly not that the CVI doesn’t function as it should, but the standard menu seems tedious and lacking now compared to the eVic. It is an unfair comparison and I suspect the CVI will end up relegated to the ‘backup’ status in my collection. Rather a shame that I didn’t have the CVI first.

Overall I have to say the CVI is designed and fitted nicely, it does everything it says it will do, and it is (first impression) dependable.

I haven’t tried the innokin yet, but if I had to choose CVI or eVic, the eVic would be the one.

In addition to Paddy's answer, if you want the old body then you would order v1. V2 is the newer version that looks similar to the evic.

I'm thinking the V1 and V2 "tubes" are interchangeable. Its actually the "control heads that are different and they are probably interchangeable too. Another thing I think, the 18350 tubes do not come with top caps so if you get a small tube of a different color, it should be a consideration as well. Hopefully GV will sell component parts at some time in the future.

didn't the 18350 tube come with a different bottom cap. As I recall, they should have a different bottom cap for the 18350's

Did you get the V1 or V2?

Are you using the 18350 end cap or 18650 end cap with with 18350 tube? Bad confirmed that the cap that comes with the 350 tubes is the deeper set one for stacked 350s so you should use the same cap that came with your 650 tube.

Might work... I'll check when I get the chance.

While it wasn't mentioned if the battery being used was a flat top or a button top... Using a button top can possibly make up a minor difference in spacing as well.

I looked around and I think that may have been the VAMO that had the spring problem.

My vision made VAMO has not left my hand since the day I got it 1/13.
Jwarped my gunmetal in clear vaping mostly in a watt of 5 to 7 depending on juice.
GV never recived the sad spring. Vision Has yet to let me down.

Still the Cvi here in this discussion has perks the VAMO is missing so I can't wait to get my hands on one of these babies as well. :2c:
