Not to be too alarmist, it would take very little for the Feds to declare all our hardware to be drug paraphernalia. This is from wikipedia:
So, I'm of the belief that folks so inclined would be well advised to stock big-time up on just about everything hardware, excepting maybe batteries.

Not necessarily. Remember, during Prohibition, the Volstead Act defined an intoxicating beverage as anything containing more than 0.5% alcohol. So you had "near beers" to drink. Also, citrus fruits naturally have yeast in them; by the time oranges reached the retail buyer via slow train, freshly squeezed orange juice had 1.5% alcohol or more.
So, all the feds have to do is define a level of nicotine uselessly low for us vapers, and all the veggies (you forgot potatoes and all peppers) could continue to be sold without a problem. People who need nicotine liquid for bug poison could have nicotine liquid federally denatured to the point to make it a deadly poison for people as well.
considering you can still order any paraphernalia you want online for any use you like i dont think they will be stopping any ecig supply's even juice could just be ordered from oversea's.
