Ahhh. Back from the chiropractor. Stopped at Lowes on the way home and bought some larger pots for my pineapple plants. They're ready for a larger home. Once the sun sets a little, I will go out on the balcony and work on them.

I have never been, have a bit of a back ache from all the online stuff! How are they?

Been going good so far. Granted my back was quite a mess heading in, so I'm still at 3 adjustments a week right now. The pain in my neck that starts along the left and slowly went down the back left side has all but disappeared. Lower back is a little more work, but it's getting there.
