Oh yeah Darth........sorry....it really sucks!

offshore Jake? My ex used to work on the crewboats that went out there. I went on a lot of runs with him. His first boat was out of Morgan City I think? in LA, but then he was working out of Galveston.

I drove 60D nails into plank to make board road into the marsh. A winch truck would drop off a 1500lb bundle and me and about 20 other guys would get to laying it, nailing it so the trucks could get back to the site in the swamp. Also cut right of ways along the pipeline. Felling trees for 15' on either side of the pipeline usually waist deep in water. I did alot of grunt work. the only work off land I have ever done was compressor and valve stations on the water, but inland.

The manual labor I did in my 20s, 30s and early 40s is the only reason I'm still mobile in my late 40s, LOL.

Tried to do em a couple nights ago, but couldn't help myself and I just ended up eating all the bacon lol If I get back on tonite most everyone will likely be in bed, so nighty nite and sweet dreams to all for whenever ya end up there. Howdy everyone!!

Sunny, if you're really messed up, chiropractor takes forever, not a quick thing, but twice they've gotten me to walking again when it was all I could do to walk in there, in fairly short order. I swear by em. And if you aren't totally messed like me, (and apparently poor Hawk), they can get do great stuff and get you just on a maintenance schedule pretty quickly. Many folks also find that other once things are aligned properly, other issues they had that they thought were totally unrelated go away. Sometimes like digestive issues, etc, I've even heard of allergies improving which sounds bizarro to me, but receptors are funny things.

I used to think they were quacks -- until mine stopped the numbness shooting down my left leg and helped me walk upright again......:thumb:
