Howdy everyone!!

Sunny, if you're really messed up, chiropractor takes forever, not a quick thing, but twice they've gotten me to walking again when it was all I could do to walk in there, in fairly short order. I swear by em. And if you aren't totally messed like me, (and apparently poor Hawk), they can get do great stuff and get you just on a maintenance schedule pretty quickly. Many folks also find that other once things are aligned properly, other issues they had that they thought were totally unrelated go away. Sometimes like digestive issues, etc, I've even heard of allergies improving which sounds bizarro to me, but receptors are funny things.

I have found this to be true as well. My daughter used to work for a Chiropractor and she correctly advised her dad that he had a heart problem. She learned the technique from working for the Doctor of pressing on the area between the thumb and fist finger. It caused excruciating pain. Not long afterwards, he went into congestive heart failure due to a leaky valve.

I have used a chiropractor and he was wonderful. I have two bulged discs in my low back. Back pain is debilitating....hurts your whole body. But also causes apparently unrelated problems!

Don't know why I feel so drained today. I got a full night's sleep last night, and didn't do a lot today. Oh well. I have a feeling I'll be in bed by midnight tonight ... which feels so weird for me. But tomorrow is a lot of driving around, so hopefully I won't feel as drained.

Back problems will make you tired and sleepy. When I first hurt my back, I slept probably 18-20 hours a day at least.....this from a lifelong insomniac! I usually sleep 5 - 6 hours at BEST!

I don't know if I could call it "unrelated" If you think about it, everything in the body is connected to the CNS. And the CNS' main information pipeline is the spinal cord, which is where chiropractic work happens the most.

You're right Hawk.... unrelated was a bad choice of words! I meant problems people would not normally associate with a misaligned spine....like allergies, excessive tiredness, fatigue, headaches, numbness in the limbs, etc. Yeah...that is what the Docs told me....everything is connected to the spinal nerve and when there is pressure on that nerve, it can affect a lot of things in your body.

I am looking for a good Chiropractor...mine had...ummmm legal issues? But he was a helluva Chiro!

Hope you feel better soon!

Finally caught up...whew been on grandkid duty for a couple of weeks!

Well, the headache is gone this morning, so that's a plus. My left hip area is still meh ... but that was the bigger problem starting out. Neck area is feeling great tho ... and that was the pain that bothered me more, so yay.

Just slowly trying to motivate for the day. Going to do a drive by of 4 houses for sale in the area I like in Orlando. The goal this year is for my parents to buy something that I will then rent from them.

So that's t he big news. Impressive. One of my co-workers has been interested in vaping. Going to have to point her in the direction of this offer. Couple of other friends are interested but fiscally strapped as well.

1 million is a pretty impressive number for sure.
