I am right off of the Hudson River..in fact I watched the fireworks from my window...and they were gorgeous!!!

I ate too much today. There was bacon, burgers, baked beans, big honkin' cucumber slices with salt and some awesome pepper blend. Lemonade!!! And then, then we ate my delayed birthday cake. Y'all, there was raspberry cheesecake.
Now I'm reading all these posts about beers and Scotch, and I'm envious. No booze for me today. Back pain = pain meds = no mixing with the good stuff. Now the boyfriend and I are watching Man vs. Food while he surfs the internet and I engage in my weird hobby of reading restaurant menus.
This thread is so huge, and it's becoming a favorite. Thanks again, y'all.
lol,well since you put it that way and as long as it is ok with sunny and the gang and it does not void me the chance to win.. i would gladly receive your pif,but only cause i don't feel like arguing.lol..again your a sweetheart and a very generous person thank u.
I know my opinion on this doesn't count for much, but way I see it is simple, pri is just being sweet, and is no different than if she handed it to ya herself

They were beautiful! I watched them on TV tonight. I kinda miss NY...but I don't miss the winters!
wow.nice..i live uptown Washington heights area,had to take public transit to the fireworks but the kids and i had a blast,the wife not really she hates crowded areas.
Oh wow is it CROWDED............ha they have to close ALL of the streets around for a mile !!! Thousands of people come..it's fun....!
I don't even really miss the summers either! You guys are much, much hotter up there than I am in Miami!

yeah next year i'm gonna findout how we can watch it from the water.that should be a hell of a view.
Truly each season carries it's own special beauty...................it's so special too............just love it ..but I do love the country too..love to go up to the mountains and farms and things......miss that...*
