Looks like Apollo by Leo but with the name "Qorax" whom started a thread about this rda in ECF. Any info?

This is a possibility. It could be also for some legal reasons or maybe Qorax modified it and allowed it. My guess, it is just a dumb mistake.

I think they were all terrible. Bases shorting out. I wanted it just because I thought it was hilarious, but yeah,.sounds like none of them worked.

I guess I'll have to get an Apollo. I doubt I'll ever use it unless its the last atty I have as vapocolypse goes on.
