A bit after sending the email I received the below email. Their hours of operations don't match up too good with my hours so I'll wait and see if they respond.

They sent me an email response to my question of when it would ship.

Replied back to them with the order confirmation from their site and a copy of the transaction from my CC statement.

At this point I am not impressed with them. An order is an order no matter what the amount and if they can't keep track of all the orders that are made then they have problems.

Wondering how long it'll take them to respond to my email - I was a bit surprised they replied to the 1st one as quick as they did - even if their response was bs.
I've also posted the situation in their Q&A thread on their supplier sub forum.

I, too, received a response 8 hours after asking:

I do see that you ordered our free promotional items. Our promo orders can take up to 1-2 weeks to process for shipment as we received an overwhelming amount of orders. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking number once your order is in the final stages of processing for shipment.
