I know of no
eliquid vendor who can make progress on mixing and shipping orders if they are having to spend most of their time answering emails (and phone calls) about a special offer (which was generous in the extreme).
I suggest being equally generous to the vendor.
I'm sure they have a ton of orders to get out.
Yes, you certainly have the right to disagree. It was merely a suggestion, since you only quoted part of my response to another poster which contained a link to another person who actually did email them.
I have no problem with them being overwhelmed and my free juice taking a long time to get to me.
Their company is right across town from me, if I was in a big hurry I could walk or drive over and just pick it up.
They do have a ton of orders to get out and when I spoke to someone on their chat support today, they informed me that they hired a bunch of extra people to get all the orders shipped out.
I seriously doubt the same folks doing the shipping are answering emails, but it could happen.
So I am being generous to a local company, I was just sharing some info from another poster that bought additional items besides the free juice.
