Are all M4 series compatiable?

I have an M4 series from innovapor and when I bought my kit I got a free passthrough. Now I would like to purchase 1 or 2 more passthroughs but they don't sell them. Are all M4 series compatiable with each other? Also if they are where is the best place to purchase them from?

Yes, all m4 connectors are completely compatible with one another- I'd watch out if you see anything marked as "V1" or "V2" however, and read the description for compatibility carefully. The rest of the m401/2/3 are all good.

/I don't sell them, I use m401's myself.

Sorry but I have another question. What is the difference between the 401,402, & 403?

I've ordered from Litecig, myPV shop, My Freedom Smokes and Sharp Smoker w/ no complaints. The difference between the three are simply the size: 401-longest, 402-middle, 403-shortest. The picture below is from myPV shop.

M402 150mAh

Cartomizers are available in M40x as well, and specifically the E2 cartos. I ordered a bunch from e-liquid.cn, but they are slow to ship.

BTW, the M40x thread is simply the reverse (male/female) thread of a 510.
