I appreciate your opinion and your probably right, it probably isn't the best decision. However, it's important other e-cigarette consumers are aware of how he operates his business. I wouldn't necessary consider it 'mudslinging' though.

At this point, I do not want any contact from Jerry or anyone else from Aroma. I was simply writing my follow up to warn other consumers of his business practices from my first hand experience.
 
Replacement e liquid will be sent to you this week. NON WTA as per your request.

My experience was a direct result of your failure to communicate. You can't expect me to be a satisfied customer after you told me, you would contact me and then avoided my follow up email. My satisfaction level has nothing to do with this. ANY customer would be livid after 7 days of no contact.

I've said my peace and this will be the remainder of my correspondence with this thread.

If the apparently new poster would take some time and READ threads, they would see that Jerry, Chris and company have a great reputation and go far out of their way to do the right thing in all cases and the poster might feel :oops:. All over a little bottle of juice.

I'm starting to think your experience was similar to mine when I first quit analogs and started using ecigs for the first time. I was not a happy camper with anyone and my urge for smoking analogs was all I could think about 24 hours a day. I was ready to jump down anyone's throat. I was upset and intolerant to everyone. Back then, I thought to myself and said that "I'm surrounded by incompetence and idiots". Since I can only speak for myself and my actions....I took a step back and realized my anger was misdirected. My guess is that I was dealing with withdraw from Nicotine and took out my frustrations on others including my suppliers.

Since you will be refusing our shipment we will donate your replacement eliquid to project vape a solider and pay it forward.

Even though I might have been a little harsh in my last post concerning sherrickj, I do wish luck in finding juice and a supplier to their liking.

That being said, after trying and adopting your juice as I would my long lost child, could you tell me more about this project vape a solider? I have a ton of other juices that I probably will never vape. A few I'll keep but I would like to donate. Thanks.

I would have to +1 reddhott's experience with Aroma. Never have had any problems with either service or products. I have in fact, been very impressed with both after ordering from dozens of other juice vendors.

I ordered my most recent order on Monday 5/6 at 9am. Received my Stamps.com notice at 10am. My product arrived at 2:30pm on Wednesday. There is no way anybody can do better than that. Whatever system MsChris has for accomplishing this needs to be patented. Heck, it takes me a half hour or more to get a flat-rate box assembled, packed and labeled. If I were dealing with *any* sort of volume I'd be up to my rear in arrears.
The product? G.I. Joe. What can I say? I had gotten by my two days of Joe-less life by vaping its WTA-less cousin. It's good. Great even. But the addition of WTA adds so much enjoyment to it, It's a completely different juice.
It never gets old. I had never, ever thought I'd reach a point in my vaping life where I'd be completely satisfied with what I vape and how I vape it. I'm there now. Sure, I'll continue to blow money on new things to try, it's a marvelous hobby and an amazing way to meet people and see talented people evolve it. But if I were stranded on a desert island with a keg of Joe for the rest of my life, I'd be just fine.

Looks like they are releasing newbies into the wild a little early this year. Get your tags while they are still available. :) At least you are not obnoxious like so many other people - you are obnoxious in a different and worse way! It's a pity you don't comprehend good customer service when you see it. There's a section in the forum for posting customer complaints. I suggest you go over there and read a few threads, and then come back over here and apologize.

I'm still waiting for an order from Aroma that takes longer than three days to reach me. If that ever happens, I think I'll blink in surprise and promptly resume my life.

Thursday night, used "contact us" on website to ask if a flavor could be made into WTA for me to try it out.

7 am Friday email received, they put up my flavor as a test.

8:10 am Friday order placed

8:27 am Friday shipping notice email arrived

6 pm monday I'm inhaling this stuff. It's sooooooooooo good!! That's the fastest delivery for a custom order I've ever experienced.
