i got my romasizer in the mail yesterday. got the 3 ml version. i put a dual 2.5 mm 8 wrap Ti build in and it's been great so far. it wicks fantastic, that's a plus. the flavor is good, not awesome, but this is only my first build in it. i do find i have To unscrew the tank from the base a hair to line up the two air holes with my coil. i find using the four hole rubber band kills all flavor. so i stick with the two hole and run them half way open. also, i don't use any drip tip, there's enough sticking up to suffice. any tips on a build that really makes this rta shine????? Yeah these coils not lining up is the only real negative with it. I've sanded the the bottom piece of the tank. The part above the knurled ring. And now lines up perfect. There's a video on how to do it in this thread a few pages back.

Anyone using any drip tip and got any increase in flavour? No drip tip is fine for flavour for me but it just doesn't feel so comfortable on my lips. I tried some drip tips that I got with other tanks but they don't really look good on aromamizer(too big) no help in flavour. Looking for some short ones as I have mine in black 3ml on a VTC mini. If u can post ur tank with a drip tip and ur thoughts on the flavour compared to with no drip tip, it would be very helpful. Thanks

I've been using a stubby delrin friction fit, from signature tips uk. Looks identical to the original but is bored straight through with no narrowing at the bottom. Use these on all my atty's, there fantastic.

Thanks found it but didn't notice it's an aftermarket one! As I'm also currently located in UK I might give it a go. Seems this brand got some other designs so might order some others too. Thanks again!

Word of warning though. These don't have any o rings like a normal tip. They work by being a very tight fit. I usually have to gently tap them into place with a hammer. Once in place they're are not going anywhere. I like this as I can't stand wobbly tips. If you're someone who likes to change tips frequently they might not be for you.

So, in the last few weeks I've realized that for 6 out of 7 days I'm using one of my Aromamizers pretty much all day. So I went ahead and ordered a third one in black to add to the rotation.

That is one fine rationalization if I must say so myself.
Nice rationalization :) I nearly bought a new car for £10,000 last week and didn't. Am now telling myself that I've saved 10 grand and can buy all the vaping gear I want lol.

They're are a great company. If you choose a standard, non friction fit tip. They actually supply a few different o-rings of slightly different thickness to ensure a decent fit.

Thanks for ur concern!
I probably will start using aftermarket drip tips so will go for a normal type route. Found a carbon fibre looking one on the manufacturer website so probably will order one after cutting off the weird nipple on top in the near future!
I just cut off the spitback protection part on the stock one and working fine so far.

So... Im thinking that my Crown with ss coils spoiled me.... I just rebuilt my mizer with 3.5 mm 8 wrap 26G ss316l duals. set them up horizontal and wicked chunky with Rayon.

So here is how my mizer sits now... I have drilled out the airholes with a 1/8 bit, sanded the deck so one pair of holes lines up on the coils, tapped the airholes and inserted set screws to block them when lined up on the posts, drilled the juice holes in the bottom of the deck to 1/16th... So mine is a touch away from stock...

So any way, back to my new build... put in the SS coils... had an off taste for a bit, maybe 5 mins or so as the coils and rayon broke in, and then suddenly flavor! it dosent have the same hit that my crown does, but it finally is tasting good. So I am finally happy. Just in time for my new tank the Ohmmega to arrive tomorrow. yay me. But Im happy I finally got this working to an acceptable state for me.

With those mods how many watts are you running at? SE shows that .3-ish ohm build to be at around 300 HF @ 80w.

Also, are you comparing the flavor of the Aromamizer with the crown factory coils or rba?

Crown Factory coils. .25. Never bought the RBA for it as when I bought it a lot of people seemed to be having leaking issues...

I run it on my Raptor around 5.2 volts and my PWM around 60%. arond 80 watts on the raptor and around the same on the PWM. because of how the PWM pulses full voltage of the series batts my volt meter doesnt like to show firing voltage...

Just got my 3ml black and it is great. Tapped the holes and put the grub screws in but lucky enough the holes lined up perfect so no sanding. Got it running dual diagonal 2 strand twisted 34 gauge ni200 at .14 ohms, 8 wraps around a #6 machine screw which is 3.5mm. Flavor and vapor is very nice and for me the hype was real.
