The grub screws are good, a bit tight fitting the wrench in the hole the first time though, it gets better (it's the plating on the wrench at fault)
I set mine up real simple, dual 26 gauge Kanthal, 2.7 mm ID, 7 wraps, 0.41Ω. It works fantastic and did not leak when vertical but leaked fiercely when laid on it's side.

Put me down for the poor quality allen wrench. Maybe because my allen wrench wasn't plated which made them undersized. Ended up ordering quality replacement Bondhus wrenches from micro-tools.com 5 for under $10 with shipping

On the three post deck I made a quad coil build build 28 ga 7 wraps on 2mm and centered each coil over the juice holes in the base. Actually worked out very well even though with my old eyes it was a cumbersome build that took too long to get it done. But it is doable on the tri post deck

I have similar builds on 2 of mine, but 9 wraps of 27g.

It's a good tank. Better than the Billow in many ways.
I don't own a Billow, but I do have a cthulhu v2 & that thing and I don't get along very well... Lol. The flavor is great, but the thing leaks when it feels like it no matter how I've wicked it. The quality control is another issue. The aromamizer is a pretty much leak free tank & built with quality. Only thing I wish was different is the top. I wish it was flat on top like the Kanger subtanks, I don't like the way some of my drip tips look on the spout that sticks up cause my drip tips are wider than it.

This exactly!! My wife stole my Cthulhu v2 which performed great but was a PITA. I received my aromamizer yesterday and I love it already! It's fuss free and vapes fantastic. My only gripe is the drip tip as well, not the most aesthetically pleasing tank. I do wish the 6ml wasn't even uglier because I've been draining the 3ml quickly. Hoping for a better looking v2, I'd buy 3 of them.

when I first got my aromamizer...I was pretty ho hum about it....
tried verticals .....horizontal.....mid ohm....low ohm
just wasn't happy.....it didn't compare at all to the mutation mt tank(sorry but its true)
well last night I drilled all four of the juice holes to 5/64...
I think that makes the tank sooooo much better
honestly, vape quality is equal to the mt tank
was normal vaping the tank to 125watts.. at 130 flavor dropped off very noticeably
100 watt chainvaping is very nice, even a little spitback every few pulls
I was nervous at first because I wicked it the same as I had pre drill and thought it
would not be enough wick
but it was fine
just my opinion.....if you like vaping at 75watts or lower
leave the holes alone.....
if you like to blast it......drill it!

Is your top chamber 2 or 3 pieces? The pic looks like 2 pieces in the Ebay pics...
If you mean does the tank top with chimney unscrew from the upper tank section yes. On both of mine they do, doesn't all of them?
It appears that the pictures are a bit "dated"
The one I just received didn't have the holes on the insides of the posts or have a colored 2nd vape band. Also it had the clear o-ring where the chimney screws into the base instead of a black one.

I was waiting for someone to do it!! I don't vape that high wattage but I feel the vapor kinda dry. Doesn't matter how I wick it, it lacks the moist vapor of my Cthulhu V2 or Goliath II. So I'm trying the drilling. Are you using a regular drill bit or something like a Dremel?

I know my 3ml version is one piece. Maybe the 6ml version is different in that aspect.
