UPDATE: I just found out that I don't even have kanthal wire, it's Nichrome.. They sent me the wrong wire. Is that a problem?

I'm still new to the vaping world, but I absolutely love it. And time is practically on my hands 
Okay so my master coiler got in today. But I can't get it to work anymore lol. I got the resistance down to around .25 at one point, but the vape is horrible and the throat hit is worse than ever, even on 86VG. I must be doing something wrong while building, so I am watching some videos on that now.
k So I am going to do a quick pic build on a 3 post rda that I have and show you how I wick it... and stuff and see if it helps you. remember that 50 watts is your preferred vaping temp...and the throat hit is going to be harsh if your vaping 18mg nic at .25.
I have stepped down my nic to 12mg, I forgot to mention that sorry. I must add that it's gotten far better though. After half an hour of vaping and dying, the throat hit is almost gone.
Also: I can't quite get the coils lined up properly. If I align them more, they don't fit and will break when I screw on the tank. I am also kind of afraid of starting over again, as I spent around 4 hours getting my resistance high enough lol.

Now I get that this is a different deck but the principal is the same what you need to try and do is once you have your coils wrapped and placed on the deck and screws tightened... before firing and before wicking...take a #1 phillips head or equivalent and place it through your coil hole and shove it to the left or right whichever side is offset...do the opposite and force it to the center so that the coil is centered on your middle post. Then you can do your firing and fiddling to ensure your coils are burning right then wick. Nichrome is a bit springy so i try to thread the coil all the way touching the posts when i insert it initially. I will then tighten the screws then re-insert my measuring device through the coil head and pull away from the post causing the coil to retract and tighten up.
I'm still struggling with my Aromamizer. No matter what I've done it won't wick properly and/or I'll get no flavor. It makes me so sad. Lol
2.5mm inner diameter is sweet spot.. Follow my pics for wicking... As far as for flavor... Try a more exotic build twisted 28ga.... Fused clapton.. Something that can pull more flavor out of the juice.
Thanks for the pictures! Is my 60w device powerful enough do a dual fused clapton though? I have tried again this morning, and it vapes perfect, but I literally have 0 flavour lol. I must add that my coils aren't aligned with the airholes, but I was in a hurry this morning.
As long as the core wires are thin... A 2x28ga/32ga would be fine on your device. But I don't think it could power a dual coil of them.
Okay so I've got some updates. I went to my local vapeshop today, and asked them about the VG/PG/Other ratios. Turns out the juice is 55/35/10. I will take that as 65/35, as I don't want to add anymore PG myself, I want a 70/30 VG/PG ratio, so I can finally make accurate measurements now. I ended up making a 70/30 juice with 12mg nic and 10% Capella Strawberry added. I have also added 1ml sweetener, but I don't taste the difference.
I must say, without changing my setup just yet (so still dual Ni80 24awg 8wrap measuring at .25Ohm), my flavour has improved greatly!
