What to do if its been over a week and person who was supposed to send you PIF does not respond to pms and you have not recieved the PIF in the mail?

I am getting ready to order some new 14500s.
What is the difference between TrustFire flame, blue, and silver (grey)? They all say protected 900mAh, I think. Are UltraFires better?

I have all 3 and the grey hold a charge longer and seem to put out a bit more especially right off the charger. That's all I know
Also, the flame-jackets seem to be a bit longer than most other batteries (including other TrustFires) and so will occasionally be troublesome fitting into PV's with which other batteries have no problems.
I'm sure there are some of you here who remember Jules... Well I used to get that awesome Blackberry Brandy juice she made, and it was one of my favorites. Does anyone have that recipe? That was the juice that kept me off the analogs back then, and I would love to be able to get my hands on some, or know exactly how it was made..
14500 black flamejackets are what notcigs carries for their vvpv. Buzz is good about testing, they were the best he found. They also work well in the old goat vv.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that Purevapes has Jules recipe for that juice VD93. You might email Nik and ask if that's right before you order.
I have two bottles of Joogler's Blend, both from 08/02/11. One is 80/20 pg/vg, the other is 30/70. They both seem to be the same thickness.
My question: Why is the 30/70 darker and red, while the 80/20 is orange and lighter? The only difference is pg/vg ratio, and maybe thinning agent.
edit: 80/20 is thinner and soaks in better, so maybe 30/70 doesn't have more thinning agent.

I know nic can age and darken, but I'm assuming the nic content is the same. The higher PG might react differently with the flavoring. Just not sure honey.

I did email them, but Purevapes doesn't have a bbb flavor listed..
