If the cover on my xl battery light fell off (somewhere ) dont know how ,dont know where ,can i send it back and have them fix for a fee ? Any experience with this one ? I feel so dumb .battery still works ,was not dropped .Less then one month old .Thanky in advance

Meanwhile you can slip one of the silicone covers from a cart over the end to keep it protected. If you're on an auto you'll need to poke a hole in it for airflow I believe so the auto trigger works, not needed on a manual.
It also makes it easy to see the light from the vaping end of the battery :)

I Just put a hard plastic carto end in mine. One of the rubber ones would probably work also if there is enough room in the end to shove it in. Otherwise like one of the other posts said just stop by the craft store and get a jem or some such to stick on the end. Just make sure whichever way you go if it's an auto battery to make sure you have a small hole for airflow.

Jmpublius sir I clean my manuals with a shot glass filled with a little everclear. Just enough to engulf the threads, but no where near high enough to get into the button. This does a very good job for me removing any juice stains. I usually do this once a month for my batts, but it all depends on how many you have in rotation and how often they get juiced.... Hope this helps.

Need some help here, because my searches turn up too many unrelated results. Should I be cleaning my manual battery? How often? And with what?

I really did try to find a thread or video, but had no luck.

Well I use manual PTs which is basically the same thing. And I wipe them off with some tissue and/or paper when I flood them (which is fairly regularly) but no real actual cleaning, and they're still working fine.

Both Auto, Manuals, and PTs should be cleaned at least once a month. Items needed:

1 toothbrush
1 shot glass or small glass
1 small towel
1 bottle of Iso Alcohol 40%...90% is preferred...in a pinch hot water will work.
1 toothpick
1 sewing needle
Always unplug your PT before cleaning

Take either styled battery and hold the L.E.D. end up and battery down on the towel at a 45 degree angle. Pour some alchohol into a glass, dip the toothbrush in, scrub down the threads while turning the battery, then take the sewing needle and insert it into the air intake holes with circular motion.

Manual batteries: Hold battery end down, dip the toothbrush into alcohol, use a circular motion around the battery post, the wipe down, and blow into the post area to remove excess alcohol.

Auto batteries: Take a toothpick, dip into alcohol allow excess to drain off, then run it around the ring of the center post. This technique must be used since the Auto batteries are not sealed and you want to avoid any liquid from entering the center of the battery connector post.

Blackened battery threads is a good tip that your batts need cleaning.

Hope this helps...:2cool:

A video is in the works, but first we must solve the replacement O-ring issue on Drip-Tips.

We ship to APO and FPO no problem!!

To your other question... a 5 pack of cartos lasts me roughly 2 days. I smoked 1.5 packs/day of marlboro light 100's for 30 years.
YMMV...some folks vape more some less. Refilling is more economical, but most folks will save money either way after the initial outlay and a good mainstay flavor and strength is found.

my brand ! smoked for 33 years !

Quick question for the vets. I have a bottle of VG Cafe Mocha that came with my last order and its consistency is like pancake syrup. I have other VG flavors that aren't like this, and I checked the bottle, it's not expired. Is this normal, or is my juice questionable?? It seems to vape ok, but the draw is definitely harder.
