Thanks for the advice everybody. I only take a puff about once every 20 minutes, and there are some days I only vape at night. So the coils should last a while. Good to know.

I used to get good smoke, flavor etc out of Kanger, then it would go to hell and turn into a nasty burned taste. I'm hoping this won't happen with the Nautilus! I don't want to get my hopes up!

I've gone through over 20ml on the original head in my Nautilus and it's still working/tasting as good as the first day. I don't use it often since the my favorite juices are in other tanks, but it seems like a quality piece of gear. I put the stainless tank on it and it looks pretty good, too.

Pretty frugal with the juice compared to my Protank Mini, but still produces great vapor and flavor.

Diggin' it. Kinda like the Frankenstein, all-over-the-place style! Thanks Powerband for the coil tip, finally have some on the way, though my original coil is still okay after 3 weeks or so and I chain-vape. Think it'll do even better when my VV/VW batts get here, been using a 1100 Ego C-Twist and feel it's not getting quite the watts it needs. That said, the other 2 tanks in my rotation are a Protank 3 & a Davide with Protank 3 coil, but I'm a Noob so what do I know! Cazan

^ tried that w/ Kanger tanks and it wouldn't produce vapor. It was very annoying. Maybe it's my battery. I'm still using a Smok 1300 variable voltage. I know i need to upgrade to an Itazte or Provari, but their so pricey! Plus if I lost it I'd be upset.

An MVP2 would be a good bang for the buck; best battery that money can buy.

For an economy version there's the itaste vv v3.

But if its a smok vv battery it has voltage regulation, so that probably was not the problem. After a while atomizer heads start to leak, and you have to replace the top wicks; other than that you can store tank upside down to ensure gravity isn't natually flooding the coil.

If you suspect your coil is flooded on a bcc, tilt it upward and see if that helps; if it does, then the problem is the coil flooding.

What voltages are you guys vaping your liquids at?

I ask because I seem to be getting between 1-3 days on each head in the Nautilus. 3 days max and they start to give me harsh throat hit and burnt flavor. I then drop them in a glass of vodka overnight and let dry for a few hours and then get a few more days each time.. Same results with 70/30 Vanilla Bourbon Bean (dark) and 70/30 Peach Thymbra (light!). And about a third of all the heads I am getting are DOA regardless of which website I order them from. I normally dry burn my heads on other devices after cleaning but I heard somewhere (forget where) that these nautilus heads don't take well to dry burning. Is this the case for you guys too?

I'm vaping with an E-Vic set at 4.2v for darker liquids and 3.8v for lighter liquids, both at the second largest air hole. I typically take a long slow drag every 5-10 minutes throughout the day.

I've been using it for 2 days now and it has restored my faith in clearo tanks. I became fed up with the kangers and just used rba's and rda's for the last 2 months. So far so good with the nautilus, a really nice rich vape. I can't wait to rebuild it with a cotton wick and see how it goes. Using it on a mechanical and a vtr.

I vape everything at 3.75.

If this Nautilus starts giving me a burned flavor (Like all my others have) then I'm done w/ vaping. The technology just isn't advanced enough. Maybe in 5 years they won't have these problems, but it's very annoying

I vape at about the same voltage as you but run a 50/50 mix. haven't ever had a doa coil yet. I use about 4 or 5 different tanks during a day so of course it prolongs the life of all my coils.
I use a Vamo V5, Vision spinner and a Lavatube V2.5 my tanks are T3S's an Aerotank , I30b and a nautalis
Love the I30B!

Don't dry burn my coils anymore just dry them w/a Kleenex and then air dry them
