Finally got my protege mechanical switch working right.. The long barrel button, while different in feel than what i've been used, is well worth the moderate hassle i've gone through to get all the correct pieces collected together and installed.

Love my protege and extension. Thanks Puresmoker for a great (if growing pains inflicted) product, and thanks to everyone who came up with temporary fixes..

If I hadn't contracted upgrade-itis from my audiophile tinkering, i could be totally happy with this as my steady vape. It'll certainly keep me happy tll i order my prodigy v2...

I got my long throw buttons in the mail today also.
Even though I had the originals where they were working, this is a hellofa improvement.
Actually feels like it's suppose to.

It's just perfect now !!
