I'll be doing that on the next build. Any dry hits when chain vaping? I consider chain vaping to be multiple hits with only few seconds in between.

Had a discussion about this in another thread over in the RBA section.

Personally, if I chain vape, using your parameters, yes. However, that has only occurred when my noted tank has been about some, let's say, 75 to 100% full of e-juice.

At about 75% full and less, I can take 2 long pulls. Then, as I set it down, 2 to 4 large bubbles will exit the juice feed hole in seconds and the Diver is ready again.

Thanks for the good information...that's about what I expected.

Just ordered 2 Divers and some extra cups, I'm thinking maybe I should have added some pins. Let the waiting game begin! Wanted to get a Killer at first but after reading all about the Diver. This seems more better overall. Wish I had a universal remote like the movie "Click". So I can fast forward time. lol I'm guessing 7-10 days is the usual wait?

shipping is about that it was pretty quick to the states. I would also say I got the killer first and it is so fiddely and I still cant get it right but then my divers showed up and it is seriously just fill and go it just works. if I would have got these first I never would have bought the killer to be perfectly honest . the only bad thing about the diver is the money I have spent on nicer tanks for it HAHAHHAHA!!!!!

So I broke down my Divers and trimmed both sides of the wick short as they are supposed to be and no flooding yet. I'll keep vaping on them and see how it goes.

b0redagain, when you say flooding, is that something you have to take Diver off mod and clear ? I ask because: I have had my Divers, in tanks for ten days now and they have started to have a slight gurgle after sitting for a while. They only have this gurgle on the first draw, after that they hit as they did when build was new. Also, did you find any advantage to longer wicks ? Mine have been cut short from the beginning. I ask all this, because I'm about to rebuild and want to benefit from your experience.

The cnc told us that he will delver the flangless Divers tomorrow, sorry for the delay but i cant do anything for this

No worries, Konstantinos. I appreciate the update. More importantly, thank you for the consideration of offering a flange-less Diver.

In the meantime, since last Friday, I have gone through half of my monthly Vaping toys budget. More Greek vaping toys on the way. So, Diver, hurrrrrrrrry up. :p

The flooding was the kind that ran down the mod...haha. Short is the way to go for sure.

Well, I just put in a new coil assembly into my Diver, a few moments ago. I used a 32g Kanthal R/32g Nickel NR, 1x 3mm german silica @ 1.7Ω.

The 3mm silica, as compared to the 2mm silica is vaping beyond spectacular. The Diver is rolling like one of my drippers, at the moment. Very flavorful and much more dense vapor with this new coil set-up. The 3mm silica is wicking much quicker with no flooding, yet.

As my nephew would say, "Chain vaping is off the hook!" :vapor: :toast:

I'm going to fill the tank up and report back, later.

ETA: The coil is actually 1.4Ω.

A single 3mm vs double 2mm or double 3mm?

what pg/vg ratio is your liquid base? I want ahead and ordered a bit of the 3mm vaporbase silica as well, very curious how it stands up.

I'm more than frustrated at the moment, but that has a lot to do with still not having supplies here to rebuild a wick/coil. both of my stock coils were flooding if the mod was upright, so looking forward to tinkering and hopefully getting these things performing properly.

fluid flasks are ordered and shipped today, so a nice new shiney tank for each diver... hopefully my 2mm wick shows up tomorrow. currently back on a 306 in a shield till i can start building.

I use a 50/50 juice. I was out in the 102℉ heat today and the Diver held its own. Perhaps, the 50/50 played a part in that.

It has been 8 hours and some 6-8 ml of juice since I installed the new single strand 3mm silica coil assembly. It has been behaving quite well.

With the Diver fully assembled, have you taken a close inside the tube? As I am sure that you are aware of this, note the position of the silica in relationship to the juice feed hole. Perpendicular is the ideal position. Just throwing ideas out there.

Yeah, I received an e-mail that the Fluid Flask are available. I trust you enjoy them.
