I hope you'll get all your Diving issue worked out
I still get some occasional leak but mostly due to filling technique

As Andy would say, Happy Diving :D
    Thank you!
Oh I think I will swiftly, I certainly would not of ordered the grail and another Diver. It is just a matter of me figuring out my wick medium and wick size. I will make quick work out of it.
I won't be that guy who says, it's the Divers fault.
This is all me and operator error!

Ok here's an update. I built one with Ekowool 1x 2mm, wick tails even with the lower threads and turned up. Made sure the pin and ceramic were seated firmly. Unfortunately, it didnt help.

When i first vaped it i kept getting the most godawful dry hits. Took a few dry pulls and set it down on its side. When i returned, i noticed the tank was about one eighth less, fired it up and all was good. It was vaping great, flavor and vapor! Now the tank is a little over half full and its started leaking again.

I could do like Konstantinos said and try silica but frankly, i like Ekowool. But just to see, i'll do a silica and a Nextel build next. Other than that, does anyone else have any suggestions?

    Leaking STOPPED
All I did was click some pictures yesterday :)

Diver Update: Kept empty tanked since the last few days in sheer displeasure. Y'day topped it up for pictures, vaped a li'l (b'coz the bloody thing doles out good VTF), took pictures and left it atop the Lux. It remained likewise overnight. T'day morning removed the tank - lo and behold! - not a drop anywhere!

Miracle? I guess so! Or, did it need acclimatization, time to settle down? I'll be watchin' you baby...

    Last built:
    NR-R-NR, 30g Kanthal, 30g Nickel, 2 x 2mm Silica, Strands cut & built exactly as per Atmistique's vid. 1.2Ω.
    Top-up technique:
Plugged Cartodriver, removed SnP's bottom cap, pushed the Diver down till it's air-hole was out of the tank. Loosened SnP's top cap to align its fill-holes. Syringed thru one of the fill-holes. Stopped when the juice was just touching the brim of the top-cap (yes, didn't fill it full). Pushed the Diver back inside. Now tightened the top-cap -- and then removed the Cartodriver. Kept it to to settle down for a minute - then vaped. No gurgle, no flooding, no dry-hits. Nice, clean vape!

I got my second Diver a week or so ago. Can't find my original one.... Grrrr. I put in the ceramic that was preset up. The wicks looked a little skinny but I didn't think too much about it, just wanted to start using it again. Leaked like a there was a hole in the bottom somewhere. WOW! I took it apart and laid a 1.5mm wick across the top of the coil and out through each slot, trimmed it and put everything back back together. Perfect experience. I am a little surprised that a pre~made coil from the manufacturer had such a thin wick. No... a lot surprised.

I had a Scuba Diver with Pluid remain bone dry for two days. Last night, I vaped it a bit more. Remained dry. Then I changed drip tips from my Tanbur to my Gemini. Vaped a bit more. Started gurgling and leaking.

The Tanbur was wedged in very tight, so it took a lot of force to remove it. At some point, all the twisting and pulling must have disturbed the vacuum and caused the leak. This is just further evidence that this is a pressure issue.

Once everything settled in and the gurgle subsided, it was back to vaping perfectly and remaining bone dry again.

I'm working on a few more ideas. The Diver is still the best vape I've found, and getting this to work perfectly is my Holy Grail (pun intended).

Hey everybody. I've been having the same leaking goin on that other people are having but I think I have a different problem causing it. Built a new wick and coil last night (just as recommended) and without putting it in the tank I screwed it onto the provari to check the ohms. What I noticed is screwing it down it pushes the center pin up just a little and in turn it pushed the ceramic cup up. I didn't over tighten either. I couldn't get it to not do it. I can also take the center pin out with my finger nails. It seems very loose. Any help would be great!

I would use a thicker NR wire or place a second NR right next to the attached NR wire as it is inserted into the bottom of the cup. There is very little room in the bottom of the ceramic cup if the one NR wire is not tightening it enough one more will do it.

Divers arriving shortly - looks like I have a lot of reading and watching to do before I attempt a build. :)

Just one, Navy Lifeguards vid on he Diver. In German, but he lays it all out REALLY nicely. Followed it last night had a perfect Diver setup in like 15 minutes.

I use also Ekowool 2x1mm and classic setup ~1.9ohms. In the begining I put more liquid on the wick than the usuall because it absorbed a lot of it.

Can I ask u: by say leakage u mean a lot of drops in your battery pole?

All our premade coils made with silica 2.0mm, res wire 0.17 and non res 0.20.
Let me say that the quality of this wick is very good as we compare it with many other wicks.
In your next order pls remind me to put some wick to test it.
