Hey everybody. I've been having the same leaking goin on that other people are having but I think I have a different problem causing it. Built a new wick and coil last night (just as recommended) and without putting it in the tank I screwed it onto the provari to check the ohms. What I noticed is screwing it down it pushes the center pin up just a little and in turn it pushed the ceramic cup up. I didn't over tighten either. I couldn't get it to not do it. I can also take the center pin out with my finger nails. It seems very loose. Any help would be great!

If the center pin is pushing the ceramic cup out when attaching to your mod, leave it on your mod and press the ceramic cup back in as far as it will go. I sometimes have to press the cup against my counter top to get it in there tight enough but your mod will hold the pin in place.

My Diver setup in pictures.
First i make a resistance about 1,7Ω. (resistance wire nickel-chrome 0.17mm , no resistance wire nickel-chrome 0.2mm)
I am putting three (3) 2mm silica wick one on top of the other.

then i take out the o-ring at Diver's base and i put some Vaseline (pure)

now we are ready to go!

starting to put the coil in the ceramic cup

we press gently so we don't cut the wick

then i take the center pin

and insert it in the bottom of Diver's base

i pull the wires extending the ceramic cup a bit tight turning one upwards (our negative pole) and preparing the other one to insert it in the ceramic cup bottom

i take a little screwdriver (one that can go inside the end of ceramic cup)and i am pressing it along with the wire inside

then i put the ceramic cup inside the base by simultaneously pressing both the center pin and the ceramic cup so they "find" each other inside the base.

now we are ready to check again our ready coil if needs some re-arranging of the resistance so it looks even

i cut the excessive wick as you see and then i prime it with some e-liquid

now i start to push and turn the tube so it can be screwed on the base and at the same time because our wicks are wet will be
"auto" trimmed easily by the threads and will come out finally when we reach the bottom of the threads

we finally check with a look from the top of the tube.As you can see at the second photo you see and the hole of the tube which it is at 90degrees from the wicks (at the left side)

then i put it in my scuba tank
i fill it up 4/5 of the tank and put it on my provari.
I start at about 3,2V and after some hours of vaping i set it gradually at 3,8-4 V.

Hope i helped .

Quick questions:

1. Why 4/5ths of the tank? Is this on the first fill only, or do you always fill only to 4/5ths?
2. Why the initial low voltage of 3.2v?

I have been enjoying the Diver for the past 3 months. I have always set my Divers up the way Atmistique had originally noted. As such, I have had a great vaping experience with my Divers and most recently, the Grail.

This morning, I decided to prepare a Diver set-up per what Konstantinos has named the Revolution method. I used 2 single strands of 1mm ekowool per the latest video and followed the videos instructions.

It's has been some 4 hours since I have set up this Diver. It is a very saturated and satisfying vape. Tomorrow, I will prepare another Diver using 2 strands of 2mm silica. I think the silica may be more able to keep up with my chain vaping than the ekowool. I shall see.

Again, thanks to the members, whom shared this information and thanks to Atmistique for making the video.

Happy Diving, everyone.

I use also Ekowool 2x1mm and classic setup ~1.9ohms. In the begining I put more liquid on the wick than the usuall because it absorbed a lot of it.

Can I ask u: by say leakage u mean a lot of drops in your battery pole?

No Konstantinos, its not a lot. I would say its one or two drops but it doesnt stop. I unscrew the tank, wipe down the connectors on both the Diver and mod, and 5 min later, its wet again. Would it be more drops if i didnt periodically clean it up? I dont know, i havent tried

Try to make a small angle in non res wires edge before u put it in the ceramic

The shop is closed as u know but as u see my "excellent" English speaking is here

Hi Konstantinos,
just to trim our wick/coils at the best, I don't have atmo the 0,16 res wire, what you suggest in alternative for Diver setup: 0,16 or 0,18?
Thanks Francesco

Konstantinos...I took my diver apart today to check the coil and noticed that the oring on the base is getting chewed up, I assume from screwing the tube on. When I put it back together I could see a chunk of the oring floating in my juice. Can you tell me the ID and OD or the oring?

I rebuilt one of my Divers last night and I noticed a piece of o-ring sticking out after I screwed the tube on. I was able to get it back in, but I would love to get spare o-rings. I plan on using my Divers for a LONG time so I definitely want them to last.

You've left us in suspense!

Just so everyone knows, I think I have figured out my issues...It is currently a theory that I will test tomorrow but....

Just know I am never afraid to admit that I can be an idiot.
I knew it couldn't be my build....

*getting crayons, going to color stuff.
