Yoy dont have to worry because the wick stay inside the Diver

If you are using cotton, just make sure that the wick is cut flush with the "windows".

The first time I did mine, I left it a tiny bit long, and just packed the window. First time I went to refill, pulled part of the wick off, and left it floating in the tank. I made sure to cut it flush next time, and no more problems. Use a nail clipper. The curved portion fits the curve of the Diver, and makes a neat job of it.

...I am plannin' on usin' my 22mm IBT and startin' to have some concerns regarding the wick stayin' in position when constantly bein' pushed thru the o-rings to refill the tank

WICK INSERTED AND TRIMMED:

Note: The tail ends of the wick were trimmed to about 7.5mm each ~ this is the exact length needed for the ends to just sit flush with the ceramics bottom.

FINAL INSPECTION OF THE SETUP AND WICK TUCKED IN :

Note: The wick ends were not pushed into the ceramic - but left just tucked-in. In fact there's no viable space between the base wall and the ceramic to place any wick inside. Which is not required as well - 'coz any excess wick in the bottom would pull in juice and that could unnecessarily flood the bottom.

Qorax, what are you using for a wick? Looks like cotton yarn; I live in France and can't find any organic yarn there, but I'm in Toronto for the holidays so I'd like to pick some up... I see you're in Brampton, so a brand and store would be great. Thanks.

Hi, it is Lily's Sugar-N-Cream yarn, which is commonly available at Walmart (US) and Amazon. However, the only place I know of in Canada is : Lily® Sugar

Since you are in the vicinity I could give some - but unfortunately I'm vacationing (like you) in Dubai, shall return on Jan-4th... if you are around till then I'd be honored to meet you... have some vape tête-à-tête and give you a packet.

you will be the next :)

We took a Mediterranean cruise a few years ago...we docked in Piraeus. Having never been to Athens before, we had booked a tour to the Acropolis. As it turns out, the ship arrived in Athens on a Greek national holiday, Ochi Day. I think every Greek school child in Athens was on the Acropolis, along with the President of Greece, and the entire Greek honor guard. Crowded is an understatement. Next time I go, I will check the calendar...

...highly recommend the Mediterranean cruise...one of my favorite vacations.

I'm trying, I'm trying. My whole tribe in Greece is aching to have me come home. And there's that whole rebuild the Byzantine Empire with my throne in Constantinople thing I need to get around to soon...
