Can someone please clear something up for me? Which sites are selling the mini clone? Are the 30W ones on fasttech the mini but just not labeled as so? I did some dimensions comparisons (according to the site's listed specs), and I am a little confused. The Hana 20 is larger than the 30 version?? Are the 20w and 30w minis different sizes or should they be the same? What is the accurate height and width of the mini compared to the larger version?

Actual Hana modz site says the mini version's specs are:
LENGTH: 1.65"
WIDTH: 1"
HEIGHT: 2.65"

Now, the fasttech has their numbers in milometers, but I used the Google conversion and got this
Hana mini
Length 26mm = 1in
Height 71.8mm = 2.8in
Width 43mm = 1.7in

Hana 30 on fasttech (a mini??)
Length: 26mm = 1 inch
Width: 43mm = 1.7
Height: 72mm = 2.8

Hana 20 on Fasttech
25.7mm length = 1in
88mm height = 3.46in
49.5mm width = 1.94

These numbers aren't 100% accurate I did do some rounding and such with the extra decimals. I would assume the Hana 30 on Fasttech is a mini but isn't labeled as so but I would like to be sure.

Hang in there everyone!

Edit: No scuffs or blemishes on my unit from elev8... as others have noted the screws are poop though. Be careful.

I am thinking out load here but someone with machinist skills could perhaps make a couple of thing to put into the box in place of the screws as well as a way to fasten a pair of magnets to hold the back on.

I got my black one from 101vape today. Currently I'm running a dual coil .4 Ohm build in my Cryptex RDA. The clone seems to be firing a tad low on the voltage. At 26 Watts, its putting out 3.1 volts thus an actual wattage of 24.025. At 30 Watts the clone puts out 3.4 volts thus actual wattage of 28.899. I suspect its dumping the battery since it's at 25% according to the battery meter on the screen.

I'm ok with this clone, its performing great. Had no problems getting the screws out and putting in a Sony VTC5 battery. There is no charging light, but once again for $70, this mod is a great deal. I'm going to fire up my Zenith RDA with a 1 Ohm dual coil flat Kanthal setup and test and vape some more. So far, so good. For the price of the real Hana, I can now get 2 more in red and green and still save $10. So now I am off to order a Red Zombie wrap for the clone.

Dik Snippers seems self-righteously angry about the Hana clones, for someone that gets tons of high dollar vaping equipment for free, he is at best a shill, and at worst a pitchman paid in products. His redeeming quality is that he has good tutorials on coil builds, assuming you can get past the idiocy of the first 10 minutes of his shtick, good thing you can fast forward in YouTube.

At 0.4ohms it won't regulate. It will dump battery voltage like a mechanical

I haven't seen a 30w mini clone yet. That's just me, so maybe different info out there.

I think having a person who is biased against clones is the perfect person considering how well these units are supposed to have turned out it would only prove to the fact that there are quality clones

Right but you don't send RT a unit that has problems....

The dimensions of the 30W on Fasttech is the same as the mini. So either the 30W they have IS a mini and its just not labeled as so or the older mini is the same size as the full size 30w. So either some numbers are screwed up or something isn't adding up?

The 30W they posted in the last 2 days is a mini version. with 2 600mah lipo's. If anything id wait till they put the 30W full size version so I can use my own batteries.

Yet he still couldn't come out and recommend the MOD, even at 1/4 the price as an authentic Hana.

Thanks, thats what I wanted to know. Can you not use your own batteries with the mini?? Also, is there like a batch 1 or 2 of these or is this a first run batch? Just wondering if the quality is up to par and the batteries are safe to use.

Nice!
Care to share what order # you are so those of us still waiting can make educated guesses as to how much longer we will be in pre order purgatory?

Minis use LiPo bats that are hardwired in.
So you hypothetically could use your own, provided you can find an appropriate one that fits and you are willing to solder

Ugh no, I do not want to solder and screw anything up. I am scared of battery issues and exploding crap in my face and such. Btw.. does anyone have a picture of a mini next to a MVP for size comparison? I love my MVP but it is heavy and big in my hand and I don't like taking it in public for that reason. The hana mini looks small but I can't really tell how big it is.
