So I got my black CNA mod from WetVapes today. First off, this thing feels solid! Put a 1.7 ohm dripper on there and fired it at about 28 watts and it is cranking! Using my Kayfuns which were all built from 1.1-1.3 ohms, it works great as well. I like one particular one for this mod which I have set to 15.2 watts. Seems to read ohms correctly, and if I was to change to anything that it would need to fire at 3.9V it will blink and just dump battery power unregulated as everyone said it would.

Couple things I notice.

Screen does come on sometimes randomly.
Sometimes it does need one click to wake it up then one to fire
Sometimes it fires straight out of sleep
Wattage has randomly changed .1 down. IT seems as though it only goes .1 watt down when it needs the two clicks to come from sleep mode.

Otherwise this thing is a beast. My 510 connection is NOT crooked, the back panel fits great, the black finish is awesome, overall I am super happy. Reinforces the fact I would never have paid 250 for a real one, but I love this thing for 80 or so bucks.

Full size provari, CNA, and a Nemesis hybrid mode in 350 for size comparison shots.

Like a box mod that can jump start your truck, fire a coil down to.000001 Ohms, and charge your notebook computer all at the same time.:p

More like a SXxxx chip of some kind that fires to 50W and has features that the DNA chips don't, like polarity protection, user adjustable presets, upgradeable software, and true step-down circuitry.

They're coming. The SX350 already does all of that except the 50W part.

Well I guess my money isnt green enough for WetVapes.

I called them earlier to confirm (and order) they had silver ones in stock. I was told they did BUT something was wrong with their CC system. So the guy told me to shoot them a request for a paypal invoice so I could secure one.

I did so immediately. Well no invoice sent.

Oh well, I guess I will just keep waiting on elev8 in the mean time. Didn't really NEED a 2nd one anyhow so maybe it is a sign and I have my mechs to keep me happy while I wait.

That's weird, I asked a question and they sent an invoice, might have got us mixed up.

Im glad to see you guys are enjoying it. Seems like those are some chip issues, and maybe cloupor can release a firmwarebupdate in the future. Mine is still going strong! Asidr from thr .1 watt drop sometimes and two clicks to wake. I have had zero issues.

+1 I really hope that cloupor has set up the micro usb port to also be used to flash the firmware on these CNAs.

Sounds like some of them dont need waking up and others do. Or is it a case of sitting for an extended time they need waking up?

I seem to be getting an inconsistent wake function. I haven't entirely figured it out yet, but what is certain is that following an extended sleep period, my CNA sometimes requires 1 button push, other times it needs 2 button pushes to fire. I've not yet seen the screen turn on by itself as others have... but I have noticed the wattage increment down by .1 after needing to double-push to wake up the CNA .

It'd be nice if they at least added the option for buttons. Reverse polarity protection I could care less about honestly, I don't swap batteries enough to have this be an issue. And I'm not seeing the 350 going beyond the 35w... Buck circuit would be nice option to have though...

It seems very difficult to determine the cause of what is forcing the necessary second click with the limited time I have. Sometimes it happens. Sometimes it doesn't. It will take a little thinking outsided the box to determine the root cause.

Anyone have any suggestions for a good atty for flavor? Preferably with a decent sized drip well. I have an omega clone, vapor production is amazing but flavor leaves something to be desired. I also have a Gaia and a Black Nimbus on the way.

Would also like to find something great to through out the flavor.

Not sure what your budget is but for an expensive one the zenith is great and for a cheap one the trident clone from discount vapors. The drip well on the trident isn't that deep though.

I haven't used it myself but the tugboat has an incredibly deep drip well if that's what you're looking for.

I have a Magma clone by Infinite on the way, got it based off raving reviews. You should look it up. Hope it lives up to the hype. It has a huge drip well and air holes below the coils and a domed cap which helps somehow and adjustable air control ring. Looks fairly easy to rebuild. People are saying it has awesome flavor.

I suspect they did, since they were able to fix the issues on the production units within a week.

It would be pretty easy to find out. If you look on the back of the port itself there will be either 2 or 4 wires. If it's 2 it's power only, if it's 4 it's power and data. (At least that's the way it is on computers)
