This is the response I got when I asked about my order in the 21st.
In light of recent events, we will no longer be able to ship out the hana clones. We will be issuing refunds for these items. Please provide us with your order number so that we can do that.

Black to match my black Russian, but I think he is shipping colors today or at least starting to ship colors.

This is in contradiction to their email today. Based on this response, although I feel for Illvapes being a small business owner myself, I would be requesting a refund, giving the customary 3-5 business days for a posting, and then initiate a chargeback. The customer email today appears (to me) to be an attempt at damage control to stop the financial "bleeding" they are seeing with the refunds. If they can they can hold out with your money (until they file chapter 11), you will wait a very long time (if ever) to get it returned. It's not a huge amount of money for many, but keep that in mind no matter how strong your loyalty to Illvape. Remember, they (and a few others) did some dumb things too- If it were my business, I would have *never* advertised a 1:1 clone WITH authentic logo from an American company, on U.S. soil.
I just got a response back saying it was refunded . I will wait until tuesday. the initiate the CB. It has been 7 business days.
When i called wetvapes today they said they only had black and orange in their expected shipment on June 2.

Most other clones are sold from China. That is a whole other ball game and can't be stopped easily. Illvapes sold a direct copy of a US made item on US soil. They should have known better and are now paying for their sins. Things happen, you live and learn.
I just hope everyone is now doing charge backs or they will surely be out their 70 bucks or so.

Glad to hear that. I just hope they start getting more blues in—so far the highest # shipped for blue I've seen is ~286, mine is 709. :/
maybe they only have black and orange left to be ordered they're not selling units that have been spoken for i ordered blue expected ship day was 6-2-2014 ordered last night after talking with them
An hour ago I contacted Elev8 through their web site and said they can send a black one instead of the silver that I ordered if it was still going to be awhile, just got an email from them stating "shipped" (black)
Ugh! I'm tempted to do the same! But I already have an authentic mini in black so I may wait it out.
Sorry for the late response. I called today he said they had orange black and red I think blue and green sold out and I am guessing red as well now
But the more I think about it it shouldn't matter what color we get cause it's gonna need a wrap to not get scratchs just saying lol
Got my blue one from 101. I have an authentic mini. I am really impressed with this clone. The screws seem fine so far and it does not have a mark on it. Love it!
order 1066 green= nevergethereville...lol = superslowtek = outdated by the time I get it maybe...come on cloupor!
