This IllVapes thing is just crazy.

To those that have the mod and charge the battery internally, will the red light turn to green? Mine seems to have just dimmed to a very faint red light and just stays like that.

It will turn green.

I understand what you are saying....and yes, the vaping community does help each other..... Hana is only protecting their property according to our laws. Not saying I agree or disagree with their method, but consider this:

A vendor, as of today, is still advertising a "logo" clone as an exact copy of the Hana.... I know for a fact a "vape buddy" sent them an e-mail about this whole issue a week ago. He was doing a favor by caring enough to communicate the issue to the vendor in a pro-active mode.... Vendor still continues to advertise and take pre-orders and didn't even respond back to the "caring vaper" who took the time to try to warn the vendor......

Now it has come to light that vendors are now selling the "logo" clones undercover......I'll call it what it is "the black market"......Vendors should not place the vaping community in a position to have to defend vendors using "black market tactics" to make a buck.....That also is not good publicity for e-cigarettes and vaping...

Just saying there are "two sides to every coin".... and like you said " a two-edged sword"

just because it is there right to do so doesnt mean it is right to do so... illvapes wouldn't still be selling if they got an official letter from hana modz telling them to stop or be sued. they sued a small vape shop, the legal fees alone will bury any small vape shop and hana modz knew this when deciding to go forward with sueing them. i just find it unsettling that something as simple as a phone call or an email could have kept a small business from going under, i honestly dont think it was illvapes fault, in there mind they were just selling another 1:1 clone like every other clone they have in stock that has a logo on it. i dont think it even crossed there minds that hana modz would just straight up sue them when none of the other companies they have clones for tried... its just sad, im just glad a lot of people feel the same about how hana modz chose to deal with illvapes.
