Wow! Just friggin' wow! Any American company selling that clone is just begging for a lawsuit to show up on their doorstep.
Answer = When they don't ship them, stop replying to emails, and you cannot get a refund.
BTW, the non logo ones were $69.99.

Further update -
my cloupor does not have the firing button delay when coming back from sleep mode.
I actually managed to put it aside at work for 30 mins without using it and it fired immediately.
Maybe it will pop up if I leave it for longer or as time goes on
or
MAYBE it is because purchased one in the far superior black color, which I think is the most likely reason.
p.s.
anybody else get a lolipop with their elev8 order?

Some may have been $69.99, but I think some were $79.99. I could be wrong, though. So, since your vendor is Illvapes and they're non-responsive, I can see how Hana would be responsible for that. 
I did the same thing.
I brough my EPM VW-18490 v2 to the Vape Shop, and the manager asked to try it out. I said sure. I asked where he wanted the wattage. "Jack it all the way!" he says. I reply "You sure you want 34W?" "Yep." So I put it up to 34W (from 13). He vapes it a handful of times, lets me vape it a couple of drags (.8Ω on a Kayfun is too hot for my taste). Then he remarks as to how smooth of a vape it is and how nice the MOD is, etc etc. He takes off his atty and I throw my 1.7Ω Kayfun on there but forget to lower the wattage.
Insta-wick burn.
I couldn't vape it at all until I got home and changed the wick.
My 2 units act differently. My Silver doesn't always make me click twice. My Green makes me do it every time the screen turns off, even after just a couple of minutes.
It's strange that identical chips with identical programming would act so differently. It's surely sloppily written code for the sleep function.
Well Hana filled the lawsuit for trademark infringement which apparently did not do a damn thing except stop the people who ordered illvapes from getting their order's. Which for some reason included the non logo units. We can all agree it sure as hell did not stop the logo mods from flooding in. So yeah, I will say it again, screw Hana

I am not sure there is any truly ethical argument any reasonable person could make to back that statement up.
Need I inform anybody that it is a logical fallacy to believe that Hanas court endeavors were ineffective because mods with their logo continue to be sold.

I've cancelled my authentic Hana V3 order in favor of a Vapor Shark DNA30 after watching reviews by A Bloody Good Vaping and Big Tom. Now which will arrive first, my illvapes no logo green, or the Vapor Shark?
I can almost guarantee it will start to do it within Time. Heavy use of a day or two check back please?

i just received an email from illvapes in a reply to me asking about my refund, i told them about how some people think they just changed the status and didn't actually send the refund telling him how some people is already past the 10 business day period, i warned him if it becomes 10 days i will do a charge back... his response was he tried to call me and to call him back at said number.
what i dont get is if your already emailing me, why have me call you? if you have something to say then just say it, why the extra step... maybe he wants to tell me something "off the record" where i cant copy and paste to the bank... its just one headache after the other with these guys.

since i live about 10 miles from wetwapes b&m i asked a few days back to reserve an orange one for me.
i picked it up today;
very nice guy and store full of a wide selection of low to high end hardware.
he looked (and was) tired from all the activity dealing with the cana mod.
i told him thank you for getting them in and he was getting rave reviews here.
There were reports that the preproduction models were misreading the resistance, being off by 0.1 or even 0.2. If the reading is too high, even by just 0.1, on a sub-ohm build close to 0.4 or 0.5 that means a huge difference in power that gets delivered. Could that be the entirety of the problem?

Removing the batteries is a real pain! The battery is super tight on those sleds. Anyone have suggestions on removal? I cant't get enough leverage and grip with my fingers.
Hey Drips, didn't mean to imply that you did. I was trying to say that if an American company is selling that version, there could be trouble. Sorry for any confusion.
