ive spent the last couple of hours emailing with illvapes back and forth and this is the important part i think you all as customers deserve to know....
The reason I called you is because it might've been easier to explain over the phone. I called our merchant company today and they closed our account because of the chargebacks that happened. Because of this, some refunds have not gone through and we can no longer issue a refund through our end (for any purchases made between April 16th - May 20th). At this point, the only way to get a refund is to do a chargeback. A chargeback costs $25 on our end and we do not have enough in the account to cover a high number of chargebacks. Unfortunately, we do not have any orange box mods in, but we do have black, green and silver. If you would like any of those colors, I can have it packaged and shipped out today. If you would prefer the refund, I have no choice but to recommend you to do a chargeback, however, this would ultimately end our business. I understand this is a tough decision and will hold nothing against you whatever you choose. If you do choose to do a chargeback, please let me know so we have an idea of how many chargebacks we have against us.

now with that said, i took the higher road and decided to let them send me my mod instead of doing a chargeback. i will not have a hand in burying a small business no matter how frustrated ive been this entire pre order. i implore you to restrain from doing a chargeback and let them send you your product or take store credit, after a few emails i can see that their actually good guys that unfortunately got the short end of the stick, so please have mercy when making your decision. but i do recommend you email them if your waiting for a refund to find out your options. on a side note, during the emails i was surprised to find out that they have not received any orange box mods yet... assuming they were still receiving shipments like everyone else it caught me off guard. i asked for an orange to be sent, but he told me that they were going to talk to cloupor tonight and get back to me tomorrow if cloupor have them in stock or not, im not expecting anything less then "yes they have them in stock" since they haven't even received any yet and other vendors have already been sending them out to customers. he said shipment from china should get to them in 4-5 days if it were in stock.... there good guys, some really dumb mistakes but over all good guys who are just trying to do the right thing. i say we give them a chance to do it
