... ill admit I jumped the curve on that. Should have done my reasearch before posting... however. I will keep my recommendation that they focus their efforts on r&d/engineering. I firmly believe they have designed a very efficient enclosure for the dna 30 chip. If they could mass produce their next "big thing" they could grow their company much larger. That is all.

They will lose cause the only thing they have to do is get one of the Hanna Modz boxes or any of the new non-labeled boxes with the stickers or heck just bring the box in with nothing but the "Canna Modz" name. If the name is similar or has similar stuff then the defendant loses and gets sued to oblivion. Case closed. Just in case Hanna Modz is looking at this thread. I own all original mods and will never own a Hanna unless it's original. I'm not faulting the clone buyer. I just rather be safe than sorry

That is all true, but most would have said that on this thread and not played games. It is public information, so what were you trying to accomplish by your coded and pot stirring posts? You should have said it all or nothing at all. As far as I'm concerned it has nothing to do with the quality or this pre-order. There was definitely other motives intended by your posts. They could. If they were to outsource the production process. I think it is a little late for this design. But hopefully they will take that path next time around and make big profits while satisfying many vapors dreams

Or I wonder if they are just suing illvapes because they were going to buy the Cana and put the Hana logo on themselves and gain $40 extra per unit. Would make sense... But this is all opinion. I thought they were shady once I saw their ebay listings for even $10 more! Greed is a powerful thing!

Absolutely, not sure I'll get mine now. I emailed them asking if they would still ship as I was one of the first orders. If not to cancel and refund the order. Hana Modz?, more like Hana Barberra Modz. I called twice and got a busy signal. I'm doubtful they'll reply to my email at this point. They were aware of the law suit 05/16/2014 and not a word was said. I feel like a mushroom, keep me in the dark and feed me BS
