Nope not mis-guided... the clone was not ready for human consumption....quality control stinks and beta testing is being done by the customers... end of story...China has used the end-users as beta testers for years.... some things never change... oh well.... know it's not what you want to hear but it is what it is....
I only wish everybody with a clone that has issues could get theirs fixed/replaced but really doubt if Cloupor will do a recall....and remember during the pre-order days you were told you were pre-ordering a 1:1 Clone....never happened... the clone morphed into something different..... and I understand how some will defend a 70 dollar mod till the cows come home.... I'm certainly not defending mine but only gonna convert it into a dependable one when the parts arrive...
Been fun meeting new ECF'ers and discussing/debating/and etc. Not much left to say in this thread that hasn't been said.... I'll be less interested in this thread now and wish all you guys/gal the best in life....vape safe.... hope to see ya all in other threads on ECF....
One last thing...... vaping is still under attack by the FDA and others.... please read this and write your Senators now....

Elev8vape order #28xx red just had it's order status change to "shipped". The tracking number isn't registering yet, but that's to be expected. It'll probably ship out tomorrow. I'm hopeful that I'll get it by Friday or Saturday. 
good to meet you retird. hope to see you again on other threads. one thing I would like to see come about are vaping retreats. it would be nice to have a national organization that could setup weekend extravaganzas with current and prospective vapers to help those that wish to quit smoking. the first 48 to 72 hrs are the most difficult, and to be around others that have done, and are doing the same thing, would be amzing. I would promote this, and participate withought a thougt!

Can't seem to get out of this thread. Had my cana go back into lock mode last night all by itself. Funny thing as I clicked the fire button it tried to snap back a few times but would end up locked. Then I noticed it seemed to have a delayed reaction to my clicks just like a slow pc. So I waited 5 minutes and after nothing clicked 5 solid times and waited. About a minute or two later it snapped back to normal.
Don't know if its alll coincidence or what yet but thought I'd share ust in case.

At the price of these clones, some have said that they'd buy the clones and simply replace the inside components with better ones. To them the clone is good.
Considering the thousands that have been released with a relative small number of failures to date, the clone seems to be good.
For many of us the clones have been performing well for 4 weeks or more, making the cost worthiness of the purchase at least good.
With a little sensible use, like making sure the 510 pin on the atomizer protrudes a small amount from the 510 threads before attaching it to the clone, just snugging the atomizer up when putting it on the clone, using some care when replacing the battery, using the correct size screwdriver to remove and just snugging up the screws on the back cover (softer screws were probably used in an attempt to keep people from stripping aluminum threads in the body) should keep the unit operational for some time. I'd consider that a good product.

Pg 671 for me lol. as a side note. I began vaping 2.5 moths ago with the intention on quitting analogs. I was able to drasticly reduce my consumption, but was unable to go longer than 24hrs without one. As of 5 minutes from now, I will have been analog free for 40 hrs! The cravings are peaking, and the sick feelings are starting to settle in, but I'm going strong and not looking back. Maybe pg 666 is my lucky page. Just a good story to top off this dying thread

I've had mine for almost a month (30 days this Sat) now with no issues to report. Once it seemed stuck in locked mode. I took the battery out, put it back in and all was good. Also ordered a mini from Fast Tech and that should ship this week. I'd love to support American companies here, but the price difference is just too much. The perceived quality difference between the clones and the original is just not great enough to justify. I was ready to click buy on a Vaporshark with the Father's day coupon, but still, $50 vs $150. I just can't do it when I could get 3 minis for the price of 1. Not for something that is essentially disposable (to me) and will be replaced by the next great thing shortly.
