My first batch illvapes clone is still going strong. No issues. My only issue with the clone was having to read alarmist crap in the thread. Let the thread die...

5 months in and mine is officially on the "only use in absolute emergency" lineup (not likely, I still have mechs) because about a week ago it woke me up in the middle of the night because it was auto-firing.

and being that my DNA40 lasted a week before going caput, I am declaring Yihi the undisputed (in my anecdotal experience ) champion

Hi,
I have an Cloupor Hanna clone that is about 6 months old. Here recently I am getting a few "Check Atomizer" messages and I crank down a little harder in the atty to make the connection. I had a MVP that would do this and I was able to tease out the center pin with a mini screwdriver. So far my attempts to get the center pin have not been successful. Has anyone had a similar experience and if so, how did you remedy the situation?

Thanks for your input.

The stock 510 has a very short pin (~5mm). You could wiggle it up a bit but be very careful. The bushing holding the pin is pretty hard.

The MVP has a much longer pin (20mm) so there's less chance of damage.

Thanks, but I am not having any luck getting it to work for more than a few hours at a time. I guess I could order out a Fatty Daddy 510 connection, but the Cloupor is so full of hot glue that I think I will have more problems. I do not know how to solder. I guess it is time to start thinking about something to replace this with.

Thanks again.
