Thank you @CrazyCory564 i appreciate that.I can let you know tomorrow. My Caliper battery took a .... on me so I can't get a spot on accurate reading right now. Sure looks close to a 5mm inner diameter however

Thank you @KTMRider .I also have 50 of each size o rings from oringsandmore.com.Whenever i get a new one i remove all orings and bath before replacing them all before rebuilding.Just for piece of mind.I never had any leaks but after a few days of heavy use i get a little moisture in the air channels.Close off jfc and tilt onto a paper towel soon fixes it.The ID of my Tobeco KF5 drip tip is 5mm. Same with the SXK and Angelcigs.
I had to order some o-rings so I added the ones for the JC on both KF5 and KM3 (7, 9, 10, 11 x 1mm) from Oringsandmore.com. Orders over $15 is free shipping. I placed the order on Thurs and got them today (Sat). I just replaced the ones on one of my Tobeco KF5's and it feels better than what was on there. Not sure if it's because it's new but it does feel a bit smoother with the same friction.
One of my KF5's seems to get some moisture in the air channels more than the others so I was going to replace the o-rings on that but I didn't want to use the replacements that came with it but it didn't bother me enough to order them until I needed a few other sizes.
I thought there was only two screw sizes like you get from Origin vape? m2#3 and m2#4.I never heard of another size for the Kayfun v5.I have a slight correction to make regarding the screws and the build deck.
The ones that come from SJMY with their kayfun 5 are in fact the correct size for the smallest set of screws available. That being said, when you order a set of authentic replacement screws from Svoemesto (I did so through originvape.com), they only send you the medium and large set of screws. They do NOT send you any spares or replacements for the smallest set of screws, and SMJY don't send medium or large screws.
I don't understand why Svoemesto don't include the smallest set with the replacement screw kit considering it is the size of screw that kayfun owners are most familiar with, but oh well. the SMJY screws work as the smallest set (with 2 extra sets of small screws coming with it), and the authentic replacements work as the medium and largest sets of screws.
Svoemesto website said there were 3, unless I'm mistaken.I thought there was only two screw sizes like you get from Origin vape? m2#3 and m2#4.I never heard of another size for the Kayfun v5.
Regarding the screw size, the only thing they say is this.Svoemesto website said there were 3, unless I'm mistaken.
Well, svoemesto smallest ones scrape the post. SJMY does not. So if there isn't a third size, there ....in should be.
P.s. another note: don't wick it with minimum cotton as I did with the Kayfun 4. Leak city bro. Not extreme, but usually one side of airflow would fill with juice. when closing the juice Control... It would go everywhere.
Instead of cutting my cotton to the size of the inner deck, I cut it to the size of the outer deck. Stuffed the extra cotton very gently in the sides after raising the coil a tad more.... Not a spec of liquid in the airflow. Being a picky, perfectionist dingus will be the death of me
Then there's no point in going longer if you're not getting leaks. That just increases the chances of you blocking off air from escaping.Regarding the screw size, the only thing they say is this.
Please notice that the Kayfun 5 has two pairs of build screws included in the spare kit.
The longer set is for builds with very thick wires only. These screws cannot be screwed into the base completely! Forcing them beyond the threading may cause them to break off and eventually leaving the base of the Kayfun 5 unusable.
I also go to the outer deck size. Maybe a will try a touch longer,no juice leaks at all just a very small amount of condensation after a few days heavy use.
My SMJY hit NYC customs today, looking forward to comparing it to my Tobeco's and SXK.Then there's no point in going longer if you're not getting leaks. That just increases the chances of you blocking off air from escaping.
And anyway, the SMJY screws are slightly smaller and/or better shaped than my authentic kayfun replacements, so I use them for single wire coils, and put the leads between the screw and the post and wrap it around the outside of the other post.
I enjoy the higher airflow as well. It works very well as a restrictive lung hit for me. I've now been using it on the 3rd airflow setting, which is giving me a nice direct lung inhale whilst restricting it very slightly. Before I was using it on the 2nd setting to make it a little more restrictive.
I have yet to even try the MTL kit yet. I'll get around to it one of these days when I'm looking for a tighter pull with a stronger feeling though.
That's why you spend 10 bucks on an MTL kit....got my smjy from 3fvape. the best tank and base i ever used, but the worst kayfun for m2l or restricted dtl vaping. even on the tightest setting it's way too airy. im really disappointed with that. will check in my garage and find something that i can use as a airflow reductor. now i taped off the outer airflow and have a rubber band there to close it off, but got maybe 20% less air that way. i dont get why they ruined this tank. have a feeling that they did it on purpose to flog the reducer kit for 10$ or so.. im not paying that for a couple grams of metal
Yes i got my SXK from FT. It does not have any logo. It was a few months ago so that might have changed. It is absolutely flawless so besides working out how many turns i opened it, i love it! Really good quality, it is definitely a SXK.My SXK v5 should be here any day now. I really love my mini v3 s but want more capacity for out and about. I hope the Vape is comparable. Dub does your SXK have the SXK logo on it? My v3 doesn't which kinda concerned me a little. Did you get it from FT? Does anyone have an SXK v5 with an SXK logo on it? Just curious.
