okay this is weird.. and im going to go through exactly what happened..

I have a USB AC adapter that came with my phone, it outputs 5.1v and 0.7ma, from reading around i understand it usually takes 1 ma or better to run a passthrough correctly, but i thought what the hell ill give it a shot with an old atomizer... i did and as expected it didnt work very well but the atty i was using wasnt very strong to begin with so i thought id test the working one, i did and got no vape at all which i thought was strange.. so i tested on a battery and it worked perfectly fine, i then tested it again on my passthru but this time plugged into PC as normal.. and it still wouldnt work... yet all other attys and cartos work fine, even the ones i tested on the AC adapter.. Anybody have any idea what would be the problem, it doesnt seem like the AC adpater caused it.. I dont think the .1 volt over should of done anything

Sounds like a connection problem - even though an atty might work on another battery the center post of both the atty and battery have to connect. Since other attys work on the PT, I'd check the center post on the atty and with a dental pick or a bamboo pick - what the chinese use - pry up the center post and push some of the silicone under it so it is sitting higher and then try it. Clean all connections first (unplug the PT) with either PGA or a Qtip with isopropyl.
