I can wait. I'm not opposed to clones when the original is way out of my price range, but these are reasonably priced. Besides, Roxy is a great guy (and very much missed around here) and I would rather support him.
Agreed and Roxy is a lady. :)

1. Augvape will be the most stupid company if they improve the Merlin tank's top fill mechanism. We users from EFC like our hand to get dirty when openning its top fill cap, just leave it that way.
2. Daniel from DJSLAB is a liar because he show a Merlin Mini rta with a faulty JFC.
3. Augvape Merlin always provides the world best quality o-ring with the tank they deliver to user, particularly those who are a member of EFC forum,
4. Velocity style pole is stupid because it has additional 2 holes compare to the world best pole with only 2 holes provided by Augvape in their brand new Merlin Mini RTA.

Anyone who disagree with the above is a troll.

Ok, enough negative "cons" from those that don't even own one or have not personally vaped a Merlin Mini. As most of you know there has yet to be made or sold, a perfect RTA. I posted my opinion and a few points, but it's probably scrolled by, so in short I find it much improved, and I like the mini over my 3 full sized versions due to the improvements, I'm certainly not going to debate with folks that don't own one, that's childish.

The info below is for those that like the product, and may be interested in a black version, as I am. I'll be getting at least two more. So.........

I wrote SubtankSupply, that's where I have bought my ORIGINAL Merlins, and my one SS Merlin Mini. Some of you from the Merlin full size thread may remember the owner replacing the first batch bases with improved ones at no charge. Mine was sent to me promptly as well. He had to spend his own time going through all of the bases he had and the ones coming in needed to be inspected. I was impressed with the above and beyond customer service and to show my appreciation, have bought all my Merlins as well as some other tanks from him.

In the email I sent him, I included the "Fastech" link for this "black mini", and asked if he had plans to sell them. After his response, I asked and received his permission to paste them here for our thread members.

QUOTE:
"I have had many ask and i asked the factory. the fast tech listing is just to get people to order.. they do not sell to fast tech.. i wont use the words the owner of augvape used but he said f@ck fast tech. then he said we will be doing a black but it is gonna be a while.. as soon as they tell me there ready to take my order i will have a pre order on the site for it.. but he said it will be a while.. they are still trying to fill there stainless orders.. thanks alot.

They (FastTech) will be selling a clone if they do have it,, that is what the factory owner told me last night. they let me know as soon as they have a product.. i will be the first to list it and have it in the usa."

I trust his response, and for the fair price he sells them for I can wait for a "black" ORIGINAL!
Manufacturers have been saying that for years, yet Fasttech does sell authentics. They buy through unofficial channels, and remove the authenticity codes so that the manufacturers can't catch their suppliers. Fasttech doesn't sell clones as authentics.

Favorite RTA to date!

Everything these reviewers vape is their FAVORITE, until the next review. I learn more on the forums, from real owners that spend their hard earned money, and actually spend a lot more time using the product in the real world. Look at all we learned about the original full size Merlin, in that thread. Not one of the original YouTube reviews found any flaws, that's because they use them for a few days, if that, and move on to their next FREE product to review. I think their worth watching, but basing a purchase decision on early YouTube reviews is a crap shoot.

So far this Mini seems good, no problems yet!

Is there supposed to be juice flow control on this one? Seems a bitt weird that he vapes it with the JFC closed.
Since all the discussion on that earlier the thread by @Btsmokincat, that's how I have been doing it. Still keeps the wicks saturated as it's not ever closed off.

Just posting a review mac. no biggie.

Yup I've been running the mini with the tank screwed down completely, not holes showing, for the past few weeks without issue.

For DTL vaper, if you are looking for something similar to Augvape Merlin full tank (4ml) but with shorter tank (for better flavor), I would stongly suggest you to choose Goblin V3 than Merlin mini.

To me the design of this Merlin mini is intentionally flawed. May be Augvape wants to make more money by introducing a newer Merlin Mini V2 in the future. The only thing really improved is the the replacement of press-fit mechanism of the base with user-composable parts but:
1. They down grade the JFC or purposely make it a faulty JFC.
2. The top fill mechanism remains unimproved.
3. Running around 18 watts on Power mode, the vapor can become too hot, this does not happen in Goblin V3. Obviously, by cutting short the tank, the original Merlin chamber design need to be adjusted, but they didn't.

I would say, just wait for future Merlin mini V2, don't waste your time and money on this one.

Did you buy one yet or are you just speaking absolutes on something you have no clue about like you did two weeks ago? Everyone in this thread WHO OWNS one said your cons don't exist on the previous page. None of what you stated is true besides the Goblin V3 being a good tank.

Déjà vu, all over again!

Ok... we get it! You don't like the Merlin Mini!

Can we move on now?!?
