See, this would be example of barely addressing what I am asking for. And also leads to impression that 1:1 copying, including logo, is perfectly okay from pro-clone crowd, yet pro-clone people have tried to say imitating logo is not okay, without explaining why that is.
Non deceptive counterfeiting is still counterfeiting. And it is the reality we live in.
first off what one person says does not go for everyone that has bought or is ok with buying clones.
i have read every single post since i started this thread and yes it has been answered, at least once by me, where i gave my OPINION on it and screw it i guess ill say it one more time because you obviously did not and will not go back and read and are going to continue to berate until its answered... yet again..
my OPINION is that if there is no legal protection on the logo/design then it is the creators fault i am sure next time they will be smarter about it. when the clone and the authentic have the exact same voltage drop and look (cause the creator did not get legal protection) and is $200 cheaper, and again for i think the 4th time im using the stingray x as an example, i will take the $40 clone.
if you follow Vapingwithtwisted420 on facebook or youtube or what ever he measures the voltage drop on an authentic and clone stingray x, which you would have read about in the very first post if you actually went back and read it. why would someone pay $240 for something they can get for $40 that functions and looks exactly the same (because the creator did not get legal protection)?
and again this is my OPINION i do not speak for everyone or anyone that has or may buy a clone.
