I hate to bring up an old thread but, i gots a few questions...
does anyone know how the wiring of the switch would work? would the VV chip not overload the voltage regulation of the autoswitch?

MV was talking about bringing out an auto version of their VV Box Mod but I don't believe it ever came to fruition. I'm pretty sure that you can safely wire the auto switch into the VV pcb but I would open a ticket and ask them (MV) if it can be done and how to wire it. I bought the 3.7 volt model when it first came out and was unimpressed with it's performance. The auto switch was unreliable and caused the draw to be very airy. It's also prone to flooding. Even if you get it to work, you may not like the end result. If you do manage to build one, I would very much appreciate it if you would post your results. Good luck!
VW is the closest thing to auto voltage, thats why its making such a hit, set it to 9 watts and no matter what voltage it needs to power what resistance device it will auto adjust.
im onsidering using an old bloog autoswitch in pipe mod(still in design) but wanted to use my kick as well.... i dont know how the two will work together though...
