Without the lip are also USA made, same company...I got them from Thermo....
Flavor on a good Genny is the best Uke, better then any atomizer, but you need to get that wick seasoned correctly, no hot spots and it is the best.....I had the lines, thay were no good, very inconsistent because of the poles not securing the coils 100%. Tried a Zenesis a few days ago and it the flavor is great!! Ordered one and have a Katana on it's way.....

sigh of relief... i just sold my V2 Line. Sold my Ody drip mode too... but i do have a line on the Penelope coming out.. those are thread wick though... do you prefer the Gen with ss mesh over the GG style with thread wick?

OK so mesh it is... that kind of leaves the Ody or the GG stuff out of the loop... but not my immediate concern... There are 2 AVA threads no? I can't remember but i'll probably post on both...

I was getting lots of leaking so I put 2 510-510 connectors together, one wasn't tall enough to fit the drip shield, and voila... clean and dry Provari. LR AVA at 3.6v .... what a nic rush. (this is the AVA with the big lip on top)

yeah, McCrinkle has a mesh method that folks are liking...
I'm pretty sure you can use SS mesh on an Ody, but I haven't tried it yet. The flavor is definitely cleaner on an SS mesh wick, but I've found I don't like some juices now that I can actually taste them :D

Dang... thermovape has lame shipping... sure priority is better, but not necessary at all for an atomizer. I'd like to get a "510 standard" without the lip, but to order from TV your only reasonable choice is Priority at $7.25, then they go into ungodly shipping methods... up to like $50.

If it's the same exact atty as the Innovapor one, it's too bad, because Inno doesn't have the "510" without the lip... heheh.

Got my "510 Standard" today; bought it just as an experiment after getting increasingly exasperated by the 357's.

The etching on the barrel says "LR", so I'm not sure what it's resistance is (no working meter around at home... 3 broken ones, 'tho :) ). No lip, and, unless I mis-count, FIVE holes. Still a tight draw, but acceptable. I like the no padding/wick/etc. and the ceramic coil encasement. After about 4 hours, it's generating about as much vape as I ever got out of a 357 - and they were BY FAR the best I'd had so far.

I'm an odd duck in my mix of vape preferences, however, and maybe generic commercial products won't suit me (why I'm considering going to a Zenesis or something like that) - I've settled pretty firmly on total VG, because I like lots of clouds. I also like strong, sweet, dark sugary flavors. I refuse to compromise on both of these tastes, which means ordinary attys clog up hopelessly on me in about 2 weeks... and the 357 is no exception.

My power supply is the larger ego batteries (1000 mAh), so I'm not high-voltin' it... but for the clogging issue, which is my main issue, that wouldn't make any difference.

But - so far so good, and since I live in CA I received the atty in one day, with the "cheapest" shipping available.

the LR is 1.8 ohm, I hit that one at 4.2V, perfect!!

my LR is metering 1.6 Ohm, i like that... on my Vari, i have it at 3.6v lately. It takes a second to heat up but i think thats the nature of the AVA coil.
But it's good to know you guys are using 4.2v... i often feel like it would possibly hit a bit better with a little more voltage.

I've learned to be conservative with voltage though, with expensive atomizers.... :)

funny how i consider the draw on atomizers... i took the drip shield off because it was getting too stiff. the draw is nice now without it. Not sure if it changed as it got broken in.

I am still using the double 510 to 510 conector just to be able to catch the leaks visually and actually i try to put just the right amount of juice in it... this AVA seems to do well with as much juice as i put in it.... more or less, still great vape.

i think the description said 1.8 to 2.0, but this one started at 1.6 to 1.7... it's settled on 1.6 for now. did someone say you could up the voltage without risk of burning out the coil?

anyway, alternating between this and the hh357 LR 901, on my eGo 18650 (which is somewhere between 3.4 and 3.5v) i'm getting high and getting good flavor and vapor to say the least. heheh i don't know what to do with my other VV's! it can't get much better.

I use my bottom feeders whenever i go out... Aero LR on the Reo, 1.5 i06 on the XL vmod.

Had to do my weekly cleaning cycle of the AVA's and took out my HH357's to vape with, OMG what a difference!! The clean taste from the AVA is really way, way better then any atomizer ever made. No I have no affiliation with them, I just love these atomizers, nothing can compare in that field!!

How can I speed up getting them clean!!!! I need to have them back on line ASAP

yes they do on the Thermovape site they are available

Not sure where, but I thought I saw that they now offer an open center post for use on a bottom feeder. Can anyone confirm this? I've not been able to locate an open post option on the website. Also, if true, has anyone tried one? Might have to try one on my Reo Grand.
