Another off topic question:
Can you offer suggestions on and ego "like" mod? One that is as easy to use and has simlar size, functions, etc... Not looking for VV,

Why not? VV is where it's at!

The Infinity from Notcigs is 99 bucks with batteries, and it's a true point and shoot variable... as easy to use as a bic lighter! Replacement batteries are 8 bucks a pair... cheap!

With VV there's no need for expensive LR attys that die quickly... the standards work just as well if not better... and last longer... you'll save money every month you own it.

Thanks

It's the size (and sometimes the shape) that restricts the function. You can get one that's shaped similar to an eGo - a tube shape - but bigger and wider....o.k., maybe shaped more like those metal flashlights they sell. But for the size, not so sure...

GG Slim & GGTB would probably be the closest I can think of, but your not gonna get the same charge time out of either of these Mods as an Ego I don't think. I agree with Zen, step up to where it's at, you would be glad you did.!!!

... step up to where it's at...

Would that make me cool? ;) Guess I don't get the point of being able to change the voltage. Seems just to complicate an already convoluted subject. 3.7v seems a good level. I tend to go to higher res before lower. Don't like alot of heat and TH.

Think the GG line might work, still seems clunky. For $99 seems and expensive experiment. A box might "feel" better, in the hand, pocket, etc... Still alot to pay for something I may not like. Still to early in my vape experience to really know.

Thanks for the suggestions, I will take it all into advisement.

Slappy,

I'm really happy vaping at 3.7 volts too but I don't like the way they get wimpier and the flavor/vapor gets less as the hours go on. I love that "Newly Charged" battery feel:)

So I'm think of buying a mod just to help with that. Some have "regulated" voltage and that means you vape at 3.7 the ENTIRE time you use that battery! There is no "ski slope effect" in the performance. It vapes like a new battery all the time it is in use.

The Infinity is the one I want to buy, I think. Yes it has voltage from 3.7 to 5 but I only plan on using the 3.7 volt. If I could find a regulated 3.7 Mod without the variable volt option for cheaper, I'd buy that instead but I don't know if one exists.

Thats a good point. I usually switch at the fall off point. From what was mentioned earlier, it seems better to recharge then (or sooner) anyway.

Let me know what you decide and impression.

Thanks

Actually, it simplifies things... if you don't like heat and TH... turn it down! Nice and simple, no time wasted trying different atty/juice combinations... Too much heat... TURN IT DOWN!

The funny thing is... I'm almost NEVER vaping at 3.7! I spend more time at 3.4v on many attys and 4.2 on other higher resistance ones... I like it "crisp"... not hot.

Simple.
