1) To Mitch Zeller, I never knew Home Depot was a manufacturer of plumbing equipment, or electrical equipment, or ect. ect. I buy lots of stuff there to make water work in my house, same with the lights. Wow, who knew?

2) To the 2nd poster, I have discovered most of the online vendors also have a B&M shop. The internet just expands their market base. If their shop goes, so does the online. I'm not trying to be an ..., just pointing that detail out.

The singular Argument holding the FDA's plan together is that the Vast availability or Nicotine Resources is from Tobacco Plants. If, or Even when another Source is available - the FDA's Plan unravels.

IF/WHEN a Federal Judge Declares E-liquids Not containing Nicotine or ANY other Tobacco Content cannot be forced to LIE by stating they are a TOBACCO PRODUCT, Zeller and the FDA loose Major Ground.

Any and All products Explicitly sold for use with NON-Nicotine liquids would not be in violation of - TOBACCO REGULATION

If they sell you a factory made coil they are not.

Assuming the FDA decides the Coil is an accessory or the Coil is Spec design for the Tank it will be fitted into.
If a Mod is sold with a Tank not Designed specifically for said mod, they are participating in Modifying a product.
